This is a very authentic Japanese ramen spot. I just came back from Japan, and the style and flavor here are almost identical. I’ve noticed that ramen in the U.S. usually tastes a little different from what you get in Japan — the broth there tends to have a slight bitterness, and this place captures that perfectly.
