I got a really delicious bowl of miso ramen here. However, when I asked about the eggs that come with (my favorite part) I was told that I would get both halves of the egg. I was so excited that I could not stop shaking. I find the eggs that come in ramen so delectable that they are what I even order ramen for. So when I received my bowl, I was more than surprised to see that I only got one half of an egg. In fact, I wasn’t just surprised- I was highly shocked and distraught. I felt betrayed. I didn’t know what to do. I wanted to cry, scream, and/or yell. The rest of the bowl was great. I almost came. I definitely would have if I got the full egg. I also ordered another egg after. Everything else was perfect but I did have to keep calling over the server but it wasn’t really a big deal at all. Would definitely come back, but fix your egg problem please.

The delray location is By far the best Ramen lab. Love the sit down and order. Our served Andrew was amazingly patient, kind and made great recommendation. Everyone that worked there from the man who looked like the manager greeted us to the hostess and staff helping the servers everyone was personable kind and really this is now going to be my go to Ramen Lab!

The tonkotsu ramen I had was amazing. The broth was richer and more flavorful than ever. Creamy, savory...just simply irresistibly amazing. It’s better than how it used to be. Whoever cooked it today (Feb 14 2025), did a really really good job. It was always good but today was simply amazing.
The pork was incredibly tender and full of flavor, practically melting in my mouth. It had just the right amount of seasoning and paired perfectly with the broth. The noodles were firm but not too hard, soaking up all that tasty broth while still having a nice chew. The mushrooms have an amazing texture.
Every part of the bowl was just right, from the marinated egg to the toppings. It all came together perfectly, making for one of the best bowls of ramen I’ve ever had. I’d go back for this again in a heartbeat! In fact I wanted to order more but didn’t want to be too much of a glutton. The cost was about $18 for the bowl (not including tax or tip). A bit on the high side for my budget, and if it were less, I would go more often. However, it’s definitely worth it!
