It was our 1st time and we found the food quite disappointing. Pasta Carbonara was just OK (the type of pasta used was way too heavy for that kind of recipe) and my husband’s pasta with sausages apparently only tasted of garlic. Tiramisu was disappointing as well. Maybe pizza is a better choice…
We were seated promptly outside. Lindsay was our server She took our drink orders and asked if we wanted to place our order or wait. We opted to wait. We ordered the bread service which was excellent. I was torn between 3 dishes and asked Lindsay which one. Without hesitation she recommended the Branzino. My husband tried the bolognese Pappardelle.
We had such a fantastic dinner at Rose’s Daughter! Everything from the ambiance to the food was top notch. We started with the charcuterie board, which was beautifully presented — an impressive selection of cured meats, cheeses, olives, spreads, and fresh, warm bread. It felt like the perfect way to begin the evening, especially with a glass of wine (or two).
