Highly recommend!! The service is great, Drew was very kind and friendly. You can tell he’s happy to be there! The subs are amazing, with tons of options for everyone!! This is a family owned shop and you can feel it :)

Drove here from West Palm Beach to find that the door was locked at 4pm. Then some person inside yelled through the door that "we're closed". What a waste of my time and gas.

If you close early at least put up a sign or change the time in Google Maps.

Stopped in for a quick bite. Ordered the tsunami ( pastrami, cheese, sauerkraut, pickles and Russian dressing.) was fantastic. If you’re looking for a great sandwhich this is the place. Will definitely be back.

As many have stated - new owners. First thing that should happen is Google should delete all 150+ old reviews for the previous owners and start new with review stars. Good food. Expensive - $15 for a tuna sub. The real problem is the previous owners used to offer a small (reasonable) size sub. I used to get 2 small subs for under $20. The $15 tuns sub is just too big for an average person to eat. So, it's like this - you get the really big tuna sub, go back to the beach, eat half and the other half sits in your bag for 3-4 hours and basically becomes trash on the way out of the beach. So you end up spending $15 for a half of sub that you actually eat. New owners - please bring back the small size sub option and you would get 5*. No doubt the food is good but $30 for 2 subs (1 ham, 1 tuna) is ridiculous. And don't get me started about the $4 bag of chips....

so shameful to keep the name of a local business that was loved by locals for decades just to push out over-priced, dry sandwiches. sandwiches by the sea will never be the same and never have the same authenticity it once had under my father’s business. don’t waste your money on people who support shady business practices trying to make a profit.

Had an excellent wrap. The way they cut the meat is different or something - got double the meat and wasn’t heavy at all. Easy going and small little spot to get takeout. Very clean inside too.

I've been going there for lunch for 10 years. I understand prices are up and its new ownership but it was very expensive, the sandwich was small and I asked for a wrap with just lettuce and chicken salad and when I got home it was full of onions which I can't stand. Not sure I'll go again.

The best sandwiches and wraps. We love taking them to the beach or pool! Everything is fresh is made quickly.

New ownership :( they may be nice but for years I have been coming here specifically for the Banana Yogurt shakes. They were amazing !! GONE!!! So sad.

I walked in alone for lunch. I asked for a half of a tuna sandwich. He said it was 16 bucks. I gave him 16 and put two in the tip jar and thought to myself that is a bit spendy. When he put down the sub it looked big. I asked " don't you sell half sandwiches? " He said "yes". I said " I asked for a half." He said sorry I didn't hear you and handed me the sub. I thought that was cheesy business, but took it. Then I got home and tried the sandwich and the tuna was terrible. The good thing is my dog loved it. For the people who work there...REMOVE ALL WATER from the tuna and chop finely then the tuna isn't so dry. And better business ethics are a must.
