I went to midweek between breakfast and lunch so it was not busy. I'm sure it's packed on the weekends. Fluffiest omelette I ever saw. Lol.

Love this place! Our business networking group meets at Skillets Delray every Wednesday for breakfast and the service has been excellent.

To be honest, I was pretty excited in the beginning of the meal (always excited to try new restaurant). But this place wasn’t it! Food and service was just ok, the server messed up my wife’s order and that kind of ruin it for us. Don’t get me wrong the server was very nice and very polite but I think he might have been a little overwhelmed with his tables.

My wife ordered an egg white omelet with bacon, mushrooms and spinach but they brought out a bacon Egg white omelet and none of the other veggies. We had to flag him down and asked for the others on the side. The egg white omelet was dry and not appetizing or appealing. My daughter and I order simple thing but were just ok. We did order a side order of bacon and they were $3 per slice (insane!!)

I have to say I was quite impressed with the manager Shelby today. The staff was busy and she was being pulled in several different directions and handled it incredibly well all while wearing a smile. Whoever her boss is needs to make sure that she is paid well!!!

Pancake platter was awesome.. bacon is fantastic at this place. Actual Applewood bacon, not just the description you read. ? pair that off with a fresh squeezed mimosa for chefs kiss. Indira, Shelby and Lindsay were amazing hosts of this restaurant.

When I arrived, it took fifteen minutes before I was seated, even though there were staff members standing around talking to each other. After I was seated, no one came to take my order. Even though staff passed me by and I tried to attract her attention. I even went up front and asked for help and was told they would let my waitstaff know. After twenty minutes, I left.

I had the pleasure of dining at Skillets and was absolutely blown away by the exceptional service from our server Jacquelynn! Her attention to detail was impeccable, from recommending the perfect breakfast to checking in at just the right moments without being intrusive….. It’s rare to find such outstanding service, and it truly elevated the experience. I will definitely be back!

The food was wonderful, you guys made my day. I always eat at this place, and I had never tried the pumpkin scones—they were amazing. I would like to know more about the menu, but I can’t find anything on social media about catering. I am very grateful for the great experience Skillets gives me every Saturday when I go to eat.

Excellent food.. the blintz’s were great. I took some employees for a quick lunch. Shelby and her servers were accommodating during a busy lunch. I have set up a lunch for 30 people for November.

I got the gluten-free waffles and they were really light and fluffy and great tasting. They gluten-free pancakes are also very good.
