If they’re busy, don’t expect to get what you ordered even though you have to wait past the expected time given in the app. I was given iced instead of hot. The guy seemed annoyed that I requested the hot latte that I ordered instead of the iced that he felt I should keep due to his mistake… He didn’t add the sweet foam that was ordered for either coffee nor did he add the topping. In his defense, he did seem busy. But I’d rather accuracy and to actually get what I paid for. I wouldn’t mind the wait if you got it right and cared enough to try. I won’t be returning.
This is the friendliest Starbucks I have ever been to. The staff are so helpful. I wish I had asked for their names. They saw I was reading the ingredients on their food pouch and started doing the same to try to help. Also, they have food tasty strawberry banana food pouches that I haven’t seen at the other Starbucks in the Miami area. They were super tasty and I could give my kids their own ‘Starbucks’ without having to buy them a sugary drink. The location is great too right on the main strip.
