Get ready to wait for 15 minutes for your coffee. The poor barista works alone during morning rush and orders keep getting backed up. This place needs to have at least two people working during that time.

This location is hands down the worst I have been too. My order has been wrong on multiple occasions and they are always out of items…. Some staff members are not trained well and the wait times are increased because of it. It doesn’t make it any better that this is the most expensive Starbucks in the area !

Every time I go into this store, it’s always out of products. Only has one type of cream and never has the drink I ask for always have to get something different. Also the card machine when paying doesn’t allow you to choose the amount of tipping, that’s just wrong. I had to get a small ice coffee with oat milk that I didn’t want and paid 10$.👎👎

Friendly, helpful employees. Clean and well stocked. Small, cozy space in busy shopping plaza. This location had a wide selection of protein boxes that I had never seen at any other location. My current hyper fixation drink (Glinda’s pink potion) was made to perfection. Also if you’re looking for a quick chocolate fix, their chocolate cake pop is delish.

Disorganized, staff seemed undertrained. With 5 people in line, the service fell apart. Heating food fell behind and the line piled up. They seemed to forget what order the food was ordered. Each barista seemed to think the other would be heating food. Such high prices for such a simple menu and process, this should work perfectly for the customer.

Horrible service! Deantre or whoever was working the Saturday morning shift were very bad. We ordered when there was only one person in front of us and the rest of the shop was empty. We waited 15mins and still didn’t have our single coffee that we ordered, while many people were coming and ordering and getting their coffee while we still waited. After asking once, and then again a second time, and getting excuses that there are a lot of coffees that need to be made(yea coffee that was ordered well after mine). They got it for us finally. It was hot, we ordered Ice. He quickly remade it, and got the milk wrong. I ask for a refund and they say they’ll give me one. So now I’m late and trying to get a refund and the cashier says tap your card. I look at her and say “this is a refund?” She confirms. I leave because I’m now late for an appointment. Look at my card charges, she charged me a second time and didn’t get any refund!

this is one of my favorite starbucks locations. i came in the other week and i was very pleased with ariel and her conversation, made my drink perfect, and got me out quick. but it appeared another barista, he goes by the name george, kept trying to take over the cash register and bar while she was rushing to make drinks. slowed down the entire service. overall great starbucks though!

by far one of the worst starbucks i have been to with the most rude disrespectful management. drinks are not made properly and they are quick to rush through ur order and get you out of the store

Ronny and Darling served me this morning. Darling made the best Matcha latte I have ever had. Both displayed excellent customer service. If I am in the area, I would definitely return!!

I’m trying to figure out how you have a Starbucks that it’s one purpose is to be a coffee shop. Has zero cream in the store. Then when you ask, the guy behind the counter about the no cream issue he looks at you like your asking for a steak sandwich… shame on this location!
