On separate occasions I placed a mobile order and was told when I got to the drive thru to pick it up, that I should wait until the time listed on the APpP to pick up. On the most recent trip I was told they would “make an exception” this time and make my drink but future orders I would need to wait until the time of pick up on the APP. Dont see the difference if I order at the drive thru or on the app ans show ip before the completion time.

Mobile orders were down this morning, and I can only imagine how hectic things were before I walked in. The manager, Luis, and his team were amazing and made sure my order was taken care of properly. I felt this deserved 5 stars, as the baristas are always doing their best to provide great service.

I'm a long time Starbucks customer, but lately I am not finding value in the high cost. For me they are overdoing the complex drink stuff. I never drink anything but espresso or brewed coffee. Too much sugar and fat. Ruins perfectly good coffee. The atmosphere and products have definitely changed. I really was hoping for better.

I ordered my favorite Medicine Ball tea, but when I finally took a sip, I realized it was made without the lemonade, leaving it tasting like plain hot water. After a long day of work, this was really disappointing.

Starbucks is a great place to get iced frappecino hot coffee Croissants bottle water. And many more things. The drive thru is great. I always stop at Starbucks on Atlantic Ave right near Florida Turnpike on the way to Disney world.

This might be my first review ever. If not, then definitely my first NEGATIVE one. But tonight’s customer service suuucked.
I get it, the store is closing soon and you’re trying to leave asap. Joseph rushed through taking our order and our drinks were all wrong. We were fine with it though, we just wanted a shot of sweetener to try and salvage the drinks.
We go through the drive through again to ask for the sweetener, and Joseph looks me in the face and walks away. OKAY???, I’ll try to walk inside. At 8:01, a minute after close, as I’m walking up to the door, Joseph rushes to it and locks it in my face. LOL My wife and I got a good laugh out of it but kid kinda SUCKSSS
