They have not had oat milk here in five days that is ridiculous for a corporate organization. I go to Third World countries Starbucks, who don’t run out of things for that long.
It’s now weeks later and they still have no oat milk, they Also, now have randomly decided to stop putting sleeves on the cups so that you burn your hand, The entire store is covered with food and filth all over the floors where the customers stand, and they hand you your coffee with coffee all over the cup.
The staff was nice but the service is slow due to the clients uncertainty and unnecessary complex orders.

First. Time I came the barista couldn't tell me my drink was ready after it was done 10 mins ago. i was just sitting there waiting . I went the second time after my horchata syrup tastes stale from the first drink and mentioned it. No discount nothing. Poor customer service. I don't know that if it's cus Im black but they were having a full conversation for about 2/3 mins before they acknowledged me. Cmon Starbucks do better!!

This location has beautiful people working in here. As soon as I i walk-in, they greet me with beautiful smiles. They are so happy to make you a drink that you want and it’s delicious. Thank you🩷

I got a coffee this morning and it was the worst Starbucks coffee I have had in all of my life.... I normally go to the one by the five guys but had to stop at target to grab a couple things. I got a hot coffee with a shot of espresso and it was the most watered down, unflavored, nastiest coffee ever! Dunkin donuts iced coffee with no shot is stronger then what I had this morning! I am not sure if they did not mix the proportions or what but honestly water would have more taste and "kick" then what they served.

The very nice female barista was so friendly and kind today, we chatted about the new spicy refresher and i mentioned i was nervous to try it but wanted to eventually. She offered to make me a sample of the spicy pineapple refresher and it was actually so good. Thanks so much!

Horrible service, or lack there of. I waited a couple minutes with no one around- no customers and no employees. When 2 employees came out one said she would be with me in a moment and both walked back off...I'd rather go thirsty than give them my business.

I pressume it was the manager. Charged me double when I’m literally asking for less coffee. He was so set on charging every little thing , meanwhile I’m actually getting less. Not very bright and poor customer service skills. It made no sense. Got ripped off. Won’t be coming back.

Always super friendly, however I pay over a dollar more for extra cold foam and they never give me extra they give me the normal amount or less, and I say at the window to please do a good amount of extra cold foam but they still don't. It’s just a bummer because I've been paying extra for it every day which adds up. I hate to complain because they are super friendly I just want to make sure my drink is made correctly for the extra money I am spending.
