Pretty much never get the order correct in the drive thru. A splash of milk seems to mean more milk than coffee. Always forgetting my girls cold foam on top as well.

Inconsistent policies for reward program. Corporate really didnt care. So, I will reward myself and stop going here for overpriced drinks. There is enough ice for 4 drinks. The company has become very commercialized in my opinion. The employee making the drink was polite and professional despite the mentioned issues.
These new guys they hired are so slow and doesn’t pay attention to their jobs. Getting an order takes forever even at the drive through.

Worst Starbucks ever! I went there just for some water waited for over 20 mins and then I left. They made drinks for the people behind me and couldn’t give me a venti water. The order was simple and they weren’t even busy. The lady in purple hair took my order and didn’t even bother grabbing the drink for me. Just went about her way to rather socialize. Horrible service and the poor new person was left off alone wondering what to do. Train your staff to do better.
