Worst Starbucks ever! I went there just for some water waited for over 20 mins and then I left. They made drinks for the people behind me and couldn’t give me a venti water. The order was simple and they weren’t even busy. The lady in purple hair took my order and didn’t even bother grabbing the drink for me. Just went about her way to rather socialize. Horrible service and the poor new person was left off alone wondering what to do. Train your staff to do better.

This Starbucks have the most unprofessional staff at drive through. I go to this Starbucks because it’s by my house but rethinking this. The young blonde hair chick so aggressive when I asked to hold on to the other staff let me get my wallet. The blonde chick was like what did say like so many times and I said I’m trying to pay you first but she acted like i said something wrong. Whatever happened to polite staff at Starbucks. Well this isn’t my first time experience with this Starbucks and rude staff. I rather go to East Atlantic Starbucks or boynton Starbucks and pay for professionalism.

Literally the worst Starbucks I have ever been to and I’m a regular customer but not at this location. Waited over 20 minutes for an iced coffee. Food came out 10 minutes before. Everyone in the drive thru was getting served before the people in the store. I was in a rush and asked to cancel for which I was told they were unable to do so. (Never been told this before)Some girl who may have been the manager was condescending to the three of us waiting. When I finally got my coffee, no one called out who it was for. It was just placed on the counter. I had to ask for a straw because one was not given and none were out and available and the coffee was DISGUSTING! It was all milk. It wasn’t filled to the top and it was Undrinkable. It’s not like it was even crowded. Inside was pretty empty. When this happens in NY would you believe the staff is actually nicer. They even will offer you a gift card for having to wait too long. I would never come back here. They definitely need better management.

They don't acknowledge or greet when you walk in, all they care about is getting more orders at the drive thru, that's why I go next door to Dunkin donuts it's fast and efficient and they greet you, when you walk in they acknowledge the customers upfront and drive thru.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this Starbucks. I waited for over 40 minutes for my order, which is completely unacceptable. The staff were disorganized and unprofessional, and the service was incredibly slow. Communication was very poor; after 30 minutes, they didn’t even inform me that they didn’t have my order. To make matters worse, when I finally received my order, it was incorrect and poorly prepared. This experience was frustrating and has left a bad impression. This has never happened to me at any Starbucks before. Do not recommend this location at all.
