I got a drink this morning I’ve never had this issue with Starbucks. My drink was not filled to the top. If I’m paying 8 to 9 dollars on a drink I expect it to be full and made properly.

Every time I order my drink inside they never call my name and put the drink on the counter where the letters are. When they make it they put it by the window side thinking I did a drive through. After 10 minutes they finally call my name and she says why didn’t you tell us. I told her this is your job I shouldn’t have to tell you. They should mark the cups window or indoor order. I have not had a problem ordering at their window. It’s always a problem when I go inside to order. The management should see there is a problem here. Why didn’t she yell at me and say why didn’t you tell us!

Placed a mobile order, showed up when the app said my order was ready, waited 20min in the drive through line. Once I got to the window I waited another 10min because my drink wasn’t actually ready.
Update: finally got my food 45 minutes later. Waited at the window for 25 minutes on a drink I had ordered 45 minutes ago. The drink was made wrong too😭

I was there @ 4:45. There was no one on line, no one waiting at door either. I parked and waited by door. First one in store, glanced to the right where they had cups, mugs and things. None there. I am first customer so I asked the associate working if they had the teddy bear glass, showed pic. She responded with All we have is over there. Asked again so do you have any in store? Again said all we have is what is out. I said there is none out, so are any available. Finally said no. Told her that's a better answer. Explained to person I was told this store would have some after inquiring about it the previous day where the MOD said they would get them. She then told me well I know nothing about that. Another employee was very nice but said sorry, we didn't get them.
If this is how you have people give customer service especially durning these times where people are going and spending their money, then you forever will lose me as a customer.

Please, please do something about the guy who sits outside screaming into his phone every morning. He has no regard for all the people around him despite the stares and obvious annoyance he's creating. It makes me want to never come here.

Pretty much never get the order correct in the drive thru. A splash of milk seems to mean more milk than coffee. Always forgetting my girls cold foam on top as well.

Crew gave me the wrong order. Seemed overwhelmed . All I ordered was 2 drinks.
Slowest Starbucks ever. Obviously prioritizing people driving. Beautiful place, terrible service, rude people at the counter.
One of the best SB I have been to. New in the area, used the drive thru, service was crazy fast, order was on point, food was fresh, and the girls at the window were extremely friendly and professional. Will definitely make it my new SB.
