I recently visited this location with a friend, and unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience. While we were trying to decide on our order, the employee was extremely rude and impatient, telling us to “hurry up” because she didn’t have time. We felt rushed even though we were just looking at the menu to make our selections.

When I asked why we were being rushed, the employee responded with hostility, mentioning her long work hours, and then began cursing at us. This behavior felt unprofessional and uncalled for. While I understand that everyone can have tough days, customers should not be treated disrespectfully.

Good customer service is key to creating a welcoming environment, and experiences like this discourage people from returning. Customers should feel comfortable taking a moment to review the menu without being pressured or disrespected.

I go in to order in a good mood and by the time I leave it’s always something. Poor customer service. They don’t give you time to choose your toppings. Everything is what else what else what else in such a rushing manner and the tone gives aggravated. They do not know how to value or speak to their customers. There used to be a lady there with locs. She was very pleasant. Not sure what happened to her. But the two middle eastern women can come off very rude when asking what it is you want on your sub.

TO FIND OUT THIS STORE IS USING HAITIAN PRIESTHOOD AS COMMUNITY INTIMIDATORS TO INNOCENT CUSTOMERS IS NOT PROPER BUSINESS ETIQUETTE OR MORALS. WITH THE LADIES THE ATMOSPHERE IS AMAZING, BUT FOR THE OWNER TO LET HAITIANS COME IN AND DISRESPECT THE WORKERS IS ETHICALLY DISGUSTING. THIS LOCATION'S REVIEWS ARE ALREADY POOR, WHY ARE YALL LETTING YOUR CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES BE ATTACKED?!?!!

Lady at the counter was by herself. The place got busy fast. She managed all orders and was calm and very thoughtful to each client. Wish I got her name. She worked on Saturday 6/10 at 11 am. Great work ethic and customer service. Thank you!

Customer service is all round horrible!! I walked in the store, the lady employe with the dreads says what are you getting instead of a hello or welcome to subway then i hear her responding to the Uber driver “go over there” then i asked for a 6in sandwich ham with no cheese, she replied okay so you want a BLT. I said no and repeated my order and she still considered i wanted a BLT. The next worker comes out to help and she tells her i want a BLT. I told her no a ham sandwich without cheese. She proceeded to still make this BLT…. I asked for mayonnaise on the bread before making the correct sandwich, she put the mayonnaise on but pushed the bread together to spread it. ( I HAVE NEVER SEEN THAT AT ANY SUBWAY) then i asked for a little more but to be spread on the sandwich. She gave me more but continued to push the bread together to spread it. I asked to pay for 4 pieces of bacon she made ONLY 2 then the customer said i think she wanted 4. I told her don’t worry about because I’m already becoming frustrated. Then the lady employee with the dreads told her just only give her them 2, instead of apologizing saying i didn’t hear you or i didn’t know. I been there many times years ago and when i go the manager makes my food correctly and is always pleasant. I see why i stopped going there. I hope they are taught better customer service or have new people work there.

They are not taking Subway advertised coupons anymore at this location. Unfortunately this is the closest to our office and we need to drive to the other one. I guess that is how they are loosing the business.

I went to get a sub around 9:30 on Saturday 11/26/22, both doors were locked, they supposed to close at 10. Uncalled for!!!!!

with such a low price it is affordable to get the new line of subs that they are now serving. I like the steak sandwich with cheese and my wife likes the tuna sub with lots of add ons. nice fast service,very clean,good parking
