If you ask for a combo here, they don’t ring it up as a combo, they charge the chips and drink separately, which costs more. It feels misleading, and customers can easily be overcharged. Hoping management fixes this.

It’s amazing this place is still in business sadly & I am being humble .. if I don’t get sick I’ll be happy ., poor quality “ a big thumbs down “

Steak and cheese picture from Subway’s website vs picture from this location. Picture from 6/27 at 7:00 pm. Stale bread, limited meat and toppings. Either the owner trains people to cheat the customer to improve profitability or workers aren’t trained at all. Not sure which is true, but this was low quality even for Subway standards. To the owner: you can’t cost cut your way to success. Success comes from good quality food, repeat customers, and word of mouth.

My experience at this Subway location was the strangest I've ever had. The owner made constant odd comments, and I have never been treated so poorly at a Subway before! Both the owner and the staff were extremely rude to the customers. Additionally, the food looked old, as if it had been sitting out for days. I will not be returning to this location ever again!

Very horrible customer service. Ordered a sandwich took one bite out of it and the meat was bad. Went back to clerk to explain the meat was bad, she said the meat was good but she doesn’t eat meat so she couldn’t tell. Refused to give a refund or credit of any kind. “Jimmy” even though that wasn’t his name says he is the district manager, refused to help as well. Escalated to corporate.

This place is horrible. I always ask them to give me fresh cookies and they say “yes it’s fresh. I just made them.” The cookies are not fresh, they taste like they’ve been sitting there for weeks. They make you spend over $5 to use your card because they said they get charged $.75 when someone uses there card. Mind you I work nearby so I’m a regular. They need to work on there customer service.

The sub was halfway made and i went to go pay for it and the price was literally outrageous. I am pretty sure she overcharged me. I communicated to the employee that i felt the price was insane and that i didn’t want the sub anymore (the sub still wasn’t finished). I proceed to walk out and she basically tells me i’m forced to pay for it so i did. but i looked it up and i didn’t have to. so be careful with that young lady with glasses working there she had a rude tone but was nice and friendly with old white man infront of me. never going to that subway ever again.

I ordered just before they stopped taking online orders around like 8:30 PM. The lady working tonight was amazing! Not every Subway is the same when it comes to preparing sandwiches, but she made ours perfectly, and it was delicious. I hope she gets the credit she deserves for her great service. Highly recommend this location!

Stay away from this place. They don't honor coupons says the cashier but meanwhile the coupon says for any Subway. .Under new management and apparently they are greedy. I order Hal a subway and she hardly pit any turkey on the roll. Disgusting. I will never go to this franchise again. I don't how they get away with this but I complaining to corporate. This is deceptive advertising.
