I love this place. I've been going here for MANY years. Ivette always treated me so kindly and the quality has never gone down. We are Jamiacan and my parents and I all agree that this is the BEST JERK PORK outside of Jamaica and excellent, tender goat. Cannot compliment them enough :)
As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted- which was nice. The owner was very nice and accommodating and the food was great. We ordered jerk chicken and rice and peas with cabbage and plantains and everything was great. You can actually taste coconut milk in the rice and peas and the jerk chicken was authentic. We ll definitely be visiting regularly.
This place is amazing! I always make a point to support Black-owned businesses in every city I visit, and Sweets Sensational did not disappoint. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine enthusiasm, and I was even offered a free soup sample (which was incredible—though I’d already ordered more than enough food for one person).
The goat curry is absolutely top tier. I had the same dish in Jamaica this summer, and somehow this was even better. The portion size was generous, the plantains were cooked to perfection—sweet, thick, and just right—and the cornbread was so fresh I honestly wish I had ordered two. The meat pie was flaky, fresh, and perfectly spiced.
I can’t say enough good things about Sweets Sensational. Fast service, correct order, amazing food—well done!
I love how everything is fully prepared and there's not a long wait. Every time I visit there I have to get their curry goat. This place gives true Caribbean vibes.

Very affordable prices I ordered chicken with rice and peas and plantains it was delicous. One of the Owners explained how they help the community its a local business and they give back. The passsion they have and the flavor of the food is excellent. They also have many good sauces to choose from.
