They are very rude worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I asked for extra beef and paid for extra beef and literally no beef on my grilled cheese burrito plus I said easy on chipotle sauce they put extra I will never go back and Taco Bell again I am done

Went through the drive through and forgot and item so we asked to add it at the window. We got told we can't add it at the window. You need to go around and place another order to get the item. This is the First time we Ever heard this at any fast food restaurant, making someone go through the drive through again to get an item they forgot. The staff at Toca Bell need to Learn customer Service skills. It seems that one things you need, to be an employee at Toca Bell is the ability to be rude to people. Very sad that this is the standard the Toca Bell Now sets. They have gone down hell on standards and up hill on prices.

ordered a delivery through door dash first on door dash he made a stop before mine causing my tacos uneatable soggy and falling apart. lesson learned. now on Taco Bell I'll make my tacos at home from now on i ordered 3 crunchy Supremes had little no no beef or any other fillings but that was ok threw them away anyways. same issue with my beef burrito supreme no filling and was all tortilla haven't had Taco Bell in years now i know why never again will i get Taco Bell.

This has to be the world's slowest Taco Bell when you go inside to order. Took 30 minutes to make a quesadilla and I was the only one in there. I went back a second time and order tacos with no meat- just beans. Got a bunch of tacos with meat. Im not sure why they arent able to get it together.
I've been to this Taco Bell many times and the service is perfect. I am treated professionally by the staff. Love the food!!

I got 2 tacosfrom the drive through, probably the saddest looking taco ive ever gotten from Taco Bell. Both the tacos didn't have enough filling 40% less lettuce and meat. It felt like I was eating only taco shell
And one of the second taco filling fell out and was at the bottom of the bag
But customer service was friendly and it's a nice location and the building is nice. Id probably wouldn't come back

this is the worst taco bell ive ever been to. i walk in and all the employees are sitting around doing nothing. i did an online order and many people were going inside and ordering after me and getting their food first. i gave the name of my order, didnt even respond at all so i had no idea if it had been started or not. eventually received my drink which was the wrong size. after sitting for 30 minutes i heard them say they had no more nacho fries even though that was something i had ordered, nothing was communicated at all and i waited FOREVER to get my food. i didnt even get what i wanted. never ever coming back. dont waste your time.

They did not have the taco shell that you used to have.#2 i couldn't understand what the Haitian kid was saying.#3 the tacos had no tomatoes in them or sour cream. What's a taco without tomatoes. All fastfood every is going down the tube. Nobody makes good fast food anymore anywhere. I give up.

The guy on the speaker was BEYOND RUDE. Whenever he didn’t understand what we were saying he would say “what”? And when he was initially taking our order he said “what do you want” when I asked if I could place an order because he didn’t even greet us!!! On top of that, the location had absolutely nothing, we were really looking forward to the nacho fries. So extremely disappointed!
