Wish i could give ZERO stars BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! If you’re a cashier that has bad attitude and is not doing nothing. Help the elderly that don’t know how to use a kiosk! My grandma told you politely she didn’t know how to use the kiosk and you denied to help or attend in service. She saw you attended the other customer with no issue. If you don’t want to work lady stay home. My grandma didn’t even up getting her lunch since you growled at her.

Ordered drive thru on 11/10 at 9 PM and dealt with Derek, or Eric, who’s extremely rude for no reason. Just trying to get some food bro.. asked me sarcastically “ya know you could’ve given me the code back there?”.. like, no dude, I’m not a Taco Bell expert like yourself. Then he totally messed up my order which I needed to drive back to fix. Maybe his head should’ve been in the game instead of on making some snarky remark. If ya hate your job, find a better one my man.

Not to mention.. trashed three perfectly good tacos because they messed up. What a waste when so many people are hungry. This place needs work.

Multiple Food Items sat too long before serving me. Soft Taco was wet and slimy on one side of the taco that was sitting on the warming tray. It was completely soft and soggy on that part of the shell. Same with my Doritos Hard Taco, the meat had already sogged through the shell so when I opened it, 1/3 of the shell already fused to the cardboard. The filling was falling out due to that. Ruined the shell. At standard pricing, I expect more. I passed up many other places along the way and regretted it the whole way home.

the managers of this store are clueless
last night i went to pickup preordered food
sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes
then was told to park around the corner
NO LESS THAN 10 OTHER CARS AND CUSTOMERS ALL SITTING OUT FRONT

Every time I go here I order and wait like 45min. They've even said oh i gave your food to you. Like Bru it ain't that hard if you'd given it to me why am I still standing here like I've been doing for 35min. I hate this location and try to avoid.

I love this place best Taco Bell hands down and the manager with the curly hair I think he said his name was Eric that man has such great energy and people skills and always has a smile on his face and very helpful just wish he had some better help cause they definitely don’t move like he does

They had one worker working in the entire building until someone else came in then it smelled like fish when i walked in im not the only person who smelled it i had to walk out the smell is awful they definitely need new management seriously it was never like this in the past
