Service to say the least was just that. The greeter was nowhere to be found and when she finally did pay attention she seemed dismissive. Thank goodness I had a reservation through OpenTable because they were forcing customers to sit at the bar at 9pm when they close at 1am. Waitress continued to disappear for a long period of time. Charge for item we didn't receive was on the bill. Food was plenty but average and descriptions were partially incorrect. Atmosphere loud and sort of inconvenient (drunks walking up to you in the restaurant but owner couldn't help that). What they can help is providing more training to their staff in customer service.

The Gnocchi was delicious as were the fries. The steak didn't look amazing or cooked right but my daughter was happy to eat it so it all worked out. Our server was really kind and patient and the renovated interior looks really beautiful.

I understand it was probably the busiest night of the year, however, my son is a type one diabetic in order to Diet Coke and was brought a regular Coke. I have a gluten allergy and the waitress had zero knowledge regarding gluten-free items on the menu. My steak was cold. It tasted like a charred grill. Not a great experience.

Hostess, Francesca, was warm and welcoming!!! Really helped to start our experience off on a very positive note. Crowded and noisy but enjoyable. Food was good. Nice selection for brunch.

The Office in Delray Beach was absolutely amazing. The vibe was very energetic and lively. The table was just perfect for my husband and I. The greeters were very happy. Our waitress was Rebecca. WOW is all I can say. She was there every time we needed refills and always asking if we needed anything else. My husband and I just love that. The Manager, Ben, came over and greeted us several times through out our dinner. He was very informative about the menu and especially the delicious desserts. By the way, we ordered the cauliflower appetizer which was also very good. And before our entrees came out, Rebecca brought us a sampling of the broccoli and cheddar soup, also to die for. Then we had the Nashville Burger with fries. So Yummy. So after Ben described the desserts, we decided to get the Dubai chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream. OMG!!!! Go there for the food, dessert and the overall experience. Before we could ask for the check our waitress brought us a flute of prosecco champagne because she thought we would love it and guess what. WE DID!!!!! I would highly recommend going for dinner at “THE OFFICE” in Delray Beach and ask for Ben and Rebecca. You will not be disappointed. ❤️❤️❤️
