Brooklyn Water Bagel

Why when you ask specifically for “scooped and toasted” do you get home a discover NOT scooped and NOT toasted? Restaurant was virtually empty and no receipt in the bag to see if she heard the 2 requests. I’m truly disappointed…can I have my tip back??

Ordered a gluten free egg and bacon bagel sandwich and somehow they completely missed putting the egg on it.

Food is good but my god the service is terrible. Disorganized, immature people.

One year later and nothing has changed. Giving up on it. Bagels are great but not worth it.

Another shity soft bagel spot , they have good cream cheese and that's about it , it's sooooooo hard to find a good bagel spot out here , I mean come on it's not hard !!!! please make firm bagels not this soft shit

I don’t write negative reviews but when you get half the amount of topping you paid for on your order…Walked in and ordered two club melts. No ham and no onions. I paid for ham and onions but they didn’t put them on the club melts. Also I realize they are trying to keep the front arw cool but the obnoxious blowing portable air cooler the blows toward the counter the you have to duck to get passed was blowing everyone’s um hair and whatever is in right toward the front counters and your bagels.

A young lady was working the register around 10am on 4/29. She wasn't very warm or friendly. She had a scowl on her face the whole time. She acted like she didn't want to help us. When we asked if she could slice our bagels she kept throwing our bagels in and they kept coming out too fast and into the floor. She wasted two bagels by doing that. She had no name tag so I have no idea what her name is. As someone who works in customer service I understand a lot about how hard it is. But to treat a customer like she did is not it. If you aren't happy then please find another job. We didn't do anything to be treated like that. We can in friendly, kind, and respectful to order.

2nd time now and both times this is how I got my 2 everything bagels w “light” Cream Cheese.. I Ask for lite cause Any Normal bagel store in the world let alone one that has the word Brooklyn in it’s name puts Way too much so I always get light’
No issue’s, Nvr a big deal , Now I’m at the pool my Gf and I hungry and this is what we have to eat , Bagel’s w LITERALLY one bite’s worth of Cream Cheese for the entire thing… This can’t be a mistake , the girl who took my order and the girl in back kitchen area def. Did not get along as she told me to tell her back there myself that I wanted a less cooked (Softer, lighter rather than darker) bagel and she said something about they give her a hard time when she tell’s them. Anyway to send this type of Garbage inedible food out the door is Shameful and down right Pathetic honeslty… Lost a Customer that just found you only 2 week’s Agooo. Ehh who cares though I’m sure you have enough…

Not really sure what's happening in the kitchen but this is the third order I've gotten that's missing the egg in a sandwich. Atmosphere stinks because it's full of rude New Yorkers but that's not the restaurants fault.

This morning I went into the restaurant to order a bagel and coffee. I didn't see the manager when I walked in, so I mentioned to the woman working that my order was totally wrong this past week. She totally ignored what I said and was continuing to take my order rudely instead of saying to me sorry you had a problem, let me get the manager for you. The manager Susan realized something was wrong and came over and apologized, took care of me and comped me breakfast. The only comment I would make is that the employees need to be directed that they should have no confrontations with customers and immediately get a manager if there is any type of complaint.

It’s ok, I should have read the post with pic of lack of Cream cheese on the bagel

NY/Long Island bagels use 4 ounces of cream cheese it’s kind of a standard at most GOOD bagel places
It should have some weight to it, my bagel had about 3-4 Tablespoons

Should gotten a ln egg sandwich

Probably won’t go back

This is my favorite bagel in the area. It’s got that perfect gluten crust and the contents that are available make for a fine lunch. The food is brought to your table and that’s the Amy of service they render.
