This place has really gone down hill. Only the coffee is still good.I went with my family, and no one liked what they got. Everything was cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted. They also had holes in their coffee cups and messed up our order.I would only go back for the coffee, and I don’t even think it’s worth it.

First time here. The Bagels were very good. They have a simple menu of bagel sandwiches which were good, not great. They had no salads or home fries or a diner type breakfast. We had Jersey boy bagel egg, cheese, Taylor ham and a Seseme bagel with egg and cheese. They coffee was very good, plenty of choices. They Iced coffee was excellent with coffee ice cubes and Iced coffee selections. I'll definitely be back for the Iced coffee and grab some bagels while I'm there.

Went today for first time at 715 am. . Very disappointed. Men's Restroom was a filthy disgrace!! Wanted Flagels and lady had to check and said they weren't making them with bad attitude. Food was ok but everything else sucked.

I've been going for years but lately it's going down hill. Bagels are smaller, quality is not consistent. Always new staff that aren't properly trained. Seems like a lot of turnover. The cashier this morning made me open my bag to check if the order was right cause he wasn't sure if it was marked right because of multiple orders going out the same time. I go to get a hot coffee and the coffee station was a mess and out of coffee. The kicker of this was the proprietor and general manager were standing right there talking about baseball. Not good business. This place needs a total revamp or just close.

The entire staff is great, from the kitchen to the bagel maker, and everyone in between!! I come here when I have the chance, and never really had any problems other than, if you got places to be, don't come here on the weekends cuz they are popping!! So must be good not just by my standards! Also, they have this really cool coffee house right next door, where they make the coffee fresh every day by the amazing brewer Peter and his coffee-mate Randy! If you haven't been here yet, you should definitely try them out!Kid-friendliness: They are always so kind to my son, and give him "play-dough" to play with while we wait on our food. He loves it here. And enjoys the coffee brewery as well!Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicap parking available out front which allows curbside access to the entrance of the restaurant.
