Food is great, BUT customer tips go to the owner and NOT the workers. Seems like a scummy thing to do…. Workers should get tipped. Period.

Probably the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant… I placed an order online, Paid for, Attempted to pick it up And this woman who didn’t speak, English was guarding the door. I had a communicate with her through Google Translate for her to do absolutely nothing… I can understand if your restaurant is Experiencing issues, but at least turn off online ordering if you have no staff… Someone showed up after 20 minutes and made my food..

Just close down. No employees

Non speaking English worker did not understand anything. Charged me over 50 bucks showed order and she said it's not here 🤣 place is trash

Place is amazing ! Great size portions .. affordable.. fresh food ..lunch , dinner or a quick bite .. . love you can eat outside .. The guy Jacob working , is a great guy , friendly , patient , kind , professional, ran the place like it was his own, especially since they're short staffed .. Highly recommend this place ..

When one Poke place is like another which is like another, what is there to say?
It's clean and nice and just like dozens of others.

2/5 because I’ve never been to a poke place that makes the staff WEIGH the fish out on a food scale. Looks like they’re “not allowed” to give more than 3-4 oz of fish which is about 2-3 pieces of sashimi for comparison for a regular $14 bowl. Honestly made me feel like an animal with a very particular diet. Tbh if you’re so up tight about not serving poke and want to control if we get a couple more cubic centimeters of fish, pre portion it out get out of the food business.

Staff was great they’re just following the stupid “rules” while trying to make poke bowls with tweezers that the owner gave them

Buyer Beware!!! For the third time, our order is wrong. I ordered poke with ah tuna spicy and tempura flakes. I got ground tuna with no tempura flakes. Nowhere does this plate say ground tuna. This is a way to cheat you out of money. You pay for the whole tuna cut into pieces, and they grind a smaller amount to stretch it. My coworker ordered a poke ans asked for it to be warmed with sauce. She got cold poke with no sauce. We called to report this and got no consideration or satisfaction. This is the last time we will order from there again and I work in a large company. Customer service is extremely important don’t settle for poor service where you spend your money.

This is one of the best Poke Companies we have ever been to! The interior lighting, cleanliness, and most importantly, the incredibly fresh food, all make this place stand out. The colorful dishes are a true delight.

The manager who greeted us was exceptional, offering helpful service and showing genuine care by asking us questions. Every aspect of this Poké Company is truly commendable. We have been to a location in Wellington, but there is simply no comparison to this one.

My fiancé, who is in the fitness industry and carefully measures his food intake, found this to be a great place for that service. Not many restaurants take the time to measure food portions like they do here.

We highly recommend this establishment.

Finally found an amazing poke bowl place! They give you many options to choose from, such as adding 2 different proteins, which is nice, 11 toppings and the portions are great to justify the price (unlike other delivery spots I’ve orders from). From now on, I’ll be ordering pokes from here!
