I *MUST* leave a review for this place, because I cannot stop thinking about them. My husband and I recently evacuated where we live in Volusia County during Hurricane Milton. We stayed at a hotel nearby, and when we go somewhere new, I love to check out the local coffee shops. Luckily, Seed was a few blocks from our hotel, and we went in 3/4 of the mornings we were there. (The other morning we checked out a different spot). No hate on the other place but Seed truly gets me. They offer SO many things- coffee, tea, matcha, smoothies, delicious baked goods, etc. I highly recommend the Apple Pie Chai that they have for fall, and the almond croissant- that was a HUGE croissant and I am pretty sure that croissant was what Lizzie McGuire was singing about when she said 'this is what dreams are made of.' SO glad I found that place and look forward to visiting again when I am back in South Florida. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 10 stars.

Came to The Seed in Delray for breakfast and it did not disappoint! Scallion cream cheese bagel bomb was delicious as well as the buffalo chicken empanadas. Coffee and lattes are always good. It is very small and way less seating than the Boca location but, they do have outdoor seating.

The ‘The Pro’ drink was excellent, as was the Cinnamon Toast Crunch latte. The bagel bomb was amazing. Ham and cheese croissant was just okay.

The scallion bagel bomb changed my life ??? The seed has never had a bad track. Their lattes and teas are all amazing, and the overnight oats are fresh and packed with flavor. Highly recommend!

Best coffee in Florida! They truly have it all from aesthetic to taste. Cannot wait for a location in West Palm Beach, but until then the 30 minute drive is worth it!
I dream about their Pistachio Lattes- counting down the days until they offer it again ?

3 people behind the counter, 2 clients inside and they still manage to mess up the order. For each coffee they used 2 pcs of paper cup and a sleeve - how thoughtful of the environment!
Went to the toilet after employee and toilet wasn’t flushed properly ?
No comfort of seating - few bar stools with broken foot rest and one table. Music blasting that I got headache after few minutes.
Disappointing to say the least and it was supposed to be a relaxing moment of coffee enjoyment

I came in here, lord by the side of the açai bowls that people were having in the outdoor patio. The bowls were just as delicious as they looked. I also ordered a warm breakfast sandwich, which was not nearly as good. The coffee was OK. The açai bowls here are nearing $17 while and nearby coffee shop two blocks away from the main street sells the same product just as good for 11. Staff here was very kind, so overall experience was good.
