My favorite coffee shop! I’m a bit of a coffee snob and I have not ordered a single thing that I didn’t love! The açaí bowls are also great. I look forward to our trips down here so that I can start every day at The Seed ❤️☕️

I am so happy I discovered this place! They have SO MANY options but best of all they have the real deal Matcha! Best Unsweetened Matcha Oat Milk latte in the area!

Delicious cinnamon toast crunch latte, and they ask what milk you would like! We tried the coffee cake and banana bread and both were very tasty if a little dry.

I came into The Seed in Delray Beach hoping for a relaxing matcha latte, but unfortunately, my visit was far from enjoyable. There was a dog inside the café—clearly not a service animal—even jumping on customers. It was poorly behaved and disruptive, which made it hard to enjoy the atmosphere.

What really concerned me, though, was the hygiene. I watched the staff petting the dog and then immediately returning to handle food and drinks without washing their hands. That’s a huge red flag when it comes to cleanliness and food safety.

It’s disappointing because the café itself seems like it could be a nice spot, but this level of disregard for basic health standards and customer comfort is unacceptable. I won’t be returning.

Beautiful trendy coffee spot with fresh juice choices and lovely baked items also. Strawberry latte was amazing! Nice and strong but also sweet. Fast service and friendly will be back. Also enjoyed a ginger turmeric shot and the cinnamon rolls looked amazing.

As a regular for over three years, I can confidently say that The Seed in Delray Beach is one of the best coffee shops around. The quality is consistently top-notch—I've never had a bad experience.

Their espresso and coffee are always spot-on, and the baked goods are equally fantastic. My go-to order is the hazelnut latte, which is amazingly delicious and truly highlights their dedication to quality.

Fun spot for unique and delicious, decadent treats - bfast empanadas (meat and veggie options) incredible egg and cheese croissant, muffins and much more. Service was great and loved the decor.
