There was no one at the cashier. I kept saying hello and finally a guy in the back said give me a second and I had to wait forever which is ridiculous so I left. Horrible customer service. Ended up going to Chipotle

I thought maybe third time would be a charm. But no. This was the third time i came to this location. Thought I’d try one more time. This time I asked for my bowl to not be frozen. I was told the bowls come in already frozen. Now what sense is that ?? Never have I ever gotten a pre frozen bowl at any other location. I want to be able to enjoy my smoothie bowl right away. Not wait for it to thaw. First visit frozen bowl, second visit frozen bowl and CANNED pineapple, third and pat visit, frozen bowl. Oh well.
