Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Honestly Props to Taniyah i think thats her name! I went in today around 11ish & saw her alone working the register and making drinks AND had alot of online orders plus 4 customers including me waiting and she got us out pretty fast!! I was honestly overwhelmed for her but she pushed through !!! She deserves recognition for her hard work! Thank you Taniyah!

I usually order from this location, but as of today, I will no longer order anything else if it is by delivery. I ordered as I usually do with coworkers and the order that was placed directly through the tropical smoothie app was delivered by third-party service. The driver left our food outside because they did not want to come in our building. I contacted tropical smoothie to let them know. We did not receive our food and that the driver left it outside. I have been getting a runaround about receiving a refund on the order because after it sat outside for about 30 minutes. I did not want the food and my coworkers did not want the food either. I have filed a complaint directly to the tropical smoothie app I have went into the store and I have also contacted the representative. I was going to take legal action to get a refund since they refuse, but at this point, it’s not even worth it. It’s really the principal about the whole situation and the fact that they can’t make things right when we used to order from this location almost everyday.

I order from this location a lot during the week and have never had any issues with my order. Every time I order on a weekend my order is always messed up. If you order a bowl and it comes with honey drizzle and chia seeds and then you pay for extra honey and you don't get any honey at all and no chia seeds. The bowl is filled with very little yogurt, a ton of granola and the bananas just slopped on top. Get your weekend staff together or replace them!

The Manager Markayla and her coworkers are so good! Nirriah and the other girls make so good of a team. My food and smoothie came out so fast. I love this spot so much because of them and the environment!

Nuriva and Markayla are the best! They get my order right every time! They make great conversation and just make you feel at ease when you in the store. I usually order the pomegranate plunge but they said I should try the blimey limey! So I did and it was so good! I added whey protein because I do workout. Also when I was inside the

This is by far the best location I’ve been to. Cory and Ashley always welcome the customers with a smile and positive attitude. The food and drinks are always prepared correctly. Cheers to my favorite TSC location !

EVERY time I order from this location they ALWAYS do something wrong either the smoothie is watered down or the order is just incorrect and because I’m quickly trying. To get back to work I don’t realize it till too late ordered an açaí bowl today no blueberries add mango and pineapples and I get a bowl with no strawberries or bananas just pineapples and mango it’s so frustrating because any other location can get the same order right smh!

Came to this location @8:20 am on Sunday and Noone was there

The two girls working behind the counter were so helpful and kind. They were working very fast and very efficient at the same time. I have never been to a Tropical Smoothie Cafe with such wonderful customer service. And on top of that, my wrap and smoothie are absolutely delicious! This is by far the best location I have discovered thank you so much for everything and give those two girls a raise! I don’t know their names but they took care of my order Monday, March 18 at 8:33 pm. Please be sure that the girls working this shift get a raise or at least some praise because they did an amazing job and were able to take care of the huge line of customers, quickly efficiently, and with a smile on their face. Bravo.

Everything that I ordered they were "out of" then when I ordered what they did have they made it. Then when I finally received it. I asked where the blueberries were they said oh we are out. We gave you extra of the other fruit. I didn't want that....you should have told me before you made it

They are constantly closed when they should be open. They open at 7am most days and are frequently never on time. Very frustrating not being able to come here because the employees are not on time. Do better

It’s horrible costumer service. Those workers when you come in they just look at you.
