Tropical Smoothie Cafe

By far my favorite location. I had frequently visited another location nearby and had no issues with their quality in service and portions. However upon coming to this one the smoothies and food quality is far superior.

I used to go here all the time. Got what I used to get years ago and was very unimpressed. The wraps are half the size they used to be, my kale apple salad had 0 pieces of apple and my order costs almost double what it used to. Nowhere close to worth the price anymore.

I got my drink for my friend and I, and i watched her make it with probably a quarter of the ingredients they usually do and it was two in one container so it came out watered down with barely any flavor. My drink was also 3/4 of the way full. The red head at the front was not friendly. would not recommend going here unless you want to pay 20 dollars for a drink with zero flavor. very disappointed as i am a frequent tropical smoothie goer but i guess i know to go to a different location now.

Closed at 5:30pm on a Saturday despite hours posted online and on door read open until 9:30pm.

Delicious! I got the hummus wrap and pomegranate smoothie. Smoothie and Food were both excellent. The guy at the counter looks like he needs help and on top of that is training someone else and is still as friendly and nice as can be! (He deserves a raise!) Thank you!

Terrible customer service the lady with braids had a different attitude not at all friendly and not responding properly. I think it's time someone needs to replace her.
The manager needs to look into this issue.

Terrible customer service and store is dirty. Had an online order placed, when I showed up smothie was made incorrectly. Told me they were out of protein. I said that’s fine can. I just get the $2 credit back and they said no.. so I said ohk well I don’t want the smoothie can I have my money back…. They said no. I was dumbfounded at this response. Threw the smoothie in the trash and walked out. Left a comment on my order with corporate customer service. No reply.

The Smoothie is good, however the black lady with the long braids that was working in the front was so rude. I didn’t get her name, however the customer service was horrible.

New person at the counter. She has no idea how to speak to a customer! Rude, unfriendly and missing a heartbeat. She shouldn’t be the face of your operation

Honestly Props to Taniyah i think thats her name! I went in today around 11ish & saw her alone working the register and making drinks AND had alot of online orders plus 4 customers including me waiting and she got us out pretty fast!! I was honestly overwhelmed for her but she pushed through !!! She deserves recognition for her hard work! Thank you Taniyah!

I usually order from this location, but as of today, I will no longer order anything else if it is by delivery. I ordered as I usually do with coworkers and the order that was placed directly through the tropical smoothie app was delivered by third-party service. The driver left our food outside because they did not want to come in our building. I contacted tropical smoothie to let them know. We did not receive our food and that the driver left it outside. I have been getting a runaround about receiving a refund on the order because after it sat outside for about 30 minutes. I did not want the food and my coworkers did not want the food either. I have filed a complaint directly to the tropical smoothie app I have went into the store and I have also contacted the representative. I was going to take legal action to get a refund since they refuse, but at this point, it’s not even worth it. It’s really the principal about the whole situation and the fact that they can’t make things right when we used to order from this location almost everyday.

I order from this location a lot during the week and have never had any issues with my order. Every time I order on a weekend my order is always messed up. If you order a bowl and it comes with honey drizzle and chia seeds and then you pay for extra honey and you don't get any honey at all and no chia seeds. The bowl is filled with very little yogurt, a ton of granola and the bananas just slopped on top. Get your weekend staff together or replace them!
