My wife and I went for lunch. Being new to a vegan restaurant, Chef Rico helped us navigate the menu. The food was excellent. I had a curry bowl and she had fried chicken pasta salad. Both exceeded expectations. The menu is diverse and we’ll make this a regular lunch and dinner stop to explore it all. Highly recommended!!

located on the beautiful atlantic strip, perfect area to enjoy some amazing food.i spoke to the chefs and they are so passionate and detail oriented about their craft! the dish reflected such! i heard they are introducing live music to their cute back area soon! very excited to come back.

We were a part of three. We went there because of the 4.9 star reviews. The service was great, the food was disappointing. We ordered several appetizers, pizza was one of them. It was grossly under cooked. We had three distinctly different dishes and we each tried each dish, if our eyes were closed we couldn't distinguish one dish from another, they all tasted the same.

We discovered True Vegan while visiting South Florida via the HappyCow app—and what a find. After two visits in a single week (with plans to return again), it’s safe to say this place is something special.
From the moment you walk in, the hospitality is exceptional. The entire team makes you feel genuinely welcomed, not just served. Executive chef Rahein personally came out to greet us and even invited us to sample his vegan “shrimp cocktail”—which was absolutely divine. Sous chef Rico was equally gracious and attentive, and our server Jayda brought warmth and care to every interaction.
The food is outstanding—creative, flavorful, and generously portioned. Even when we were completely full, we couldn’t resist ordering dessert on our first visit simply because we didn’t want the experience to end.
The atmosphere strikes that perfect balance: relaxed, inviting, and full of positive energy. And perhaps most surprising of all, the prices are remarkably reasonable for the quality delivered.
Whether you’re fully plant-based, plant-curious, or a committed omnivore, this is a must-visit. In fact, it may just change your expectations of what vegan dining can be.

Traveling with an assortment of food restrictions is hard. This restaurant was the highlight of our trip - it took the stress out of finding food. The staff at True Vegan were very knowledgeable and accommodating. All vegan and plenty of gluten free options. Everyone we met was very kind and helpful. Even surprised us with a sample of some items they were testing to add to the menu. I’d be a regular if this were local.

We had a great time in downtown Delray Beach. The service was great, and the vegan meals were excellent! Chicken parm dish was massive and delicious. I enjoyed the curry burger on a pretzel bun with veggie rice. Multiple vegan dessert options to pick from.

Went with my daughter and we both enjoyed the food tremendously! Absolutely delicious! We had the fried chicken, onion rings, Mac and cheese, a wrap and strawberry cheesecake. The Mac and cheese tastes very light, unique and served piping hot! Highly recommend. Paired with the fried chicken, crunchy, chewy and flavorful! The onion rings were really thick, crunchy and delicious, perfect with fried chicken. The last thing we had was strawberry cheesecake for dessert. Do not leave without trying this cheesecake, it is to die for!!! The best vegan cheesecake we’ve ever had!
The only thing I didn’t like was the house hot sauce. It’s more like a ketchup and I really would have preferred a hotter, more pourable hot sauce like Frank’s or Cholula. It was not hot enough, too thick and too sweet. It’s a nice option as a side sauce but not a good substitute for someone wanting a really hot sauce for fried chicken.
They also have Rebel cheese for sale, we will definitely be back to get some of those!
