Also wanted to add I sometimes see cakes that fall apart when you use the glasses. Not this one!

Our wedding cake was AMAZING! We barely got to eat any because our guests absolutely loved it. We had people eating it for breakfast. The small desserts were gone so quickly I didnât even get to see them for more than a quick minute. Most weddings see desserts just sitting around but not these!!! I could not have picked a better, more responsive vendor :)

Best bakery! I have ordered from Two Fat Cookies for their special creations for a few special events. The cake is always delicious, full of flavor and perfect texture. The creative team is very helpful and comes up with the best creations. I recently had a Wild One baby shower, I love the monkey, lion, and zebra they created. I had many questions, Zoey was patient and answered all. I highly recommend.

I donât live in Florida anymore and I still think about my last experience at Two Fat Cookies. Spoiler alert: it was NOT good.Short version: Please do not use this bakery for custom cookies. The design was beautiful but the quality and customer service were awful.Long Version: If you are still reading, buckle up because this was a wild experience that I have not forgotten 3 years later. Back in 2014, we were looking for a Bar Mitzvah cake. I went to the tasting at their old location and it was good cake/customer service. Fast forward to the party, that cake was the BEST CAKE I have ever eaten. Everyone raved on how awesome the cake looked and tasted. So, when we needed a wedding cake in 2019, we of course was going to use them. We have been recommending this business ever since 2014. We go to the tasting at their newest location and the cake was not good. However, they were nice and accommodating. We thought it was just an off day and trusted that it would be good at the wedding. The cake was beautiful but was not as good as the first cake which was disappointing.Now, it is time for the custom cookies story which was the worst experience and the last time I ever used TFC. You are probably wondering why I would use this business again if the last cake was not good. Let me tell you, it was not my choice. I wish I trusted my gut and avoided this business all together. I was planning a baby shower and I was asked to use them. So, letâs start at the planning stage in 2021. I wanted custom cookies that were shaped like an umbrella with flowers and said thank you. I donât remember the exact pricing but it was between $13-$15 a cookie which I thought was pretty pricey. I asked if I could try the cookie before placing the order to make sure I liked it. They said no, which I was surprised by because to me it doesnât show good customer service. I was also charged for an umbrella shape template that they had to buy to make the cookie. The woman on the phone just seemed like she was lost in space. Red flags are going off at this point and I would have pulled out if I wasnât asked to use them. I order the cookies but this is where it really went downhill. At this point, I asked the woman if they put any advertisements on the cookies like stickers that would say âTwo Fat Cookies.â I was told no. The cookies would just be wrapped individually in a clear packaging and a ribbon. When 20 cookies are going to cost you almost $300, I do not want some cheap advertisement on them. I was promised no advertising was going to be on the cookies and I was told they were going to call me for final count on a certain date. That date passes, no call. A few days later, I call and give them the final numbers. If you say you are going to call a customer, follow through with it. Itâs pickup day, I go in and I am handed the cookies. They are pretty. The flowers looked beautiful. The writing for the âThank Youâ were okay. Some were great but some were sloppy. I turn over the cookies and guess what I see. The cheapest clip art advertisement I have ever seen. The worst part was they were placed crookedly on the back. I asked for a manger and I told them I was promised no advertising and asked for them to be removed. That woman was the nastiest person I have ever dealt with in customer service in my life. She was condescending and made me feel like a POS. She was making comments about the situation to the girl working the front while I was standing there. She asked why I wouldnât want to support their small business. Are you serious? Why would I want anyone to use your business with this experience? I donât understand how ANYONE can feel that they can talk to people in that manner. I was so taken back.They took the cookies. The next day, I refused to go in and had my cousin pick them up because I was DISGUSTED by the whole experience. I donât have any pictures of the cookies because I want to forget about them. The taste of the cookie was not worth the hassle. Please consider this story before using this business.
