We were at Barrel of Monkeys for my kid's 5th b-day. Lucked into this place. EXCELLENT pizza. Like four of the parents said something to me. I shouldn't do pizza because gluten is not my best friend but i was like YOLO. We ordered like...10 pizzas. 8.5 got eaten. We asked if they could deliver so we wouldn't miss the kids party and for an order that size they were like "sure". I had two slices for breakfast and i was like: 1. i wish i could have gluten every day and 2. this place makes really good pizza.

First time I ordered delivery it was a disaster … Uber eats driver stole my pizza and never received it. Spoke to the owner wrote it off as a fluke and gave them another try. Ordered for pick up curbside … received order no curbside available had to go inside. Walked inside said I ordered curbside but it didn’t come through somehow.. staff literally stared at me asked my name , handed me my pizza without a word, a thank you nothing???? Also ordered well done and it was barely cooked, mushy and super mediocre! I am a born Chicagoan and this is very very far from Chicago crispy thin crust… I suggest skip this on all levels!

I was born in Chicago and this is the best pizza I have ever found outside of Chicago. Must try it!

Really awful pizza! Chewy rubbery cheese, sweet sauce, odd tasting crust. Staff is stressed out or something. They don’t smile or react at all, they do respond if you ask a question, but they are definitely not nice, just odd. The garlic bites had no garlic on them. Must have either been a bad day or they just don’t care.

As a born and raised New Yorker, I had high expectations due to the reviews, this was truly awful. I’ve had amazing Chicago styled pizzas and this didn’t come close to either side of the spectrum.
Not a welcoming atmosphere, firstly.
Second, what on earth are the “garlic bites” pretending to be? It was just bread chunks with sprinkled oregano. Awful.
The pizza itself had a strange spongey crust, chewy, only crunch was on the far edges of the pie. The sauce was barely existent, but when you find some it’s overwhelmingly sweet. The cheese did not pull apart, it tasted old and stale, melted in a weird way.
I even tried the sausage and pepper hot sandwich and that was just an atrocity. Microwaved frozen meal slapped in between a piece of old bread.
If you’re like us, new to Florida and looking for good pizza, I recommend you skip this one.

I've heard about this place for a while now but never tried it out until now! And boy are we glad we finally did! Being from New York I am very picky about my pizza and living in South Florida its hard to find a good pizzeria. I never had Chicago style pizza and The Chicago Blaze pizza did not disappoint! It looked amazing and my husband and I could not wait to dig in! The burnt tops of our mouths was proof that this pie was amazing! Crispy, spicy and full of flavor. We can't wait to go back and try other pies and sandwiches!

Everyone was very friendly, especially Shelly. Food was good, just like I remember from home-Chicago. Got the cheese pizza and a veggie pizza. Yum ? loved all the Chicago memorabilia on the walls. Worth the 25 mile drive.
