Got take out people working there are very confused about the menu. Thay need a new staff. And very overpriced for takeout. Food was ok.

I don't usually give bad reviews unless warranted. Sat at the bar around 7:30 pm Saturday night Nov 1st. The female that took care of me was great at the start of the experience. She cleaned the bar top where I was sitting got me a drink and I ordered food. I got my drink and food in a timely fashion. The other bartender also checked on me to see if I ordered too. Through the meal I was not offered another drink and my water was not refilled. The bar was not busy at this point. I got the vibe that the bartenders were in break down mode and getting ready to close and that is why I feel my experience turned negative. Just thought as a management team you would want to know. I saw the comment card attached to my bill but I felt if I filled it out it would have been put in the trash unless you have a comment box.

Wood & Fire consistently has delicious food. Most of the servers are good, but I have had a few not so great ones over the course of the past 2 years. With seating inside or out, it's a great restaurant.
