I've only been here a few times and my past experiences were good. However, today I ordered half a dozen bagels at $8.40 and a $6.99 sausage, egg cheese breakfast sandwich and was charged 6% extra for using a credit card and was not informed of such. Also the egg was so overcooked, rubbery, and green inside had to through the egg out entirely.

I had known about this place first hand from a fellow employee that always brought bagels to the job. Eight years later, I actually visited this place and bought bagels. The smell when you entered was off the chain. I also bought some lox cream cheese as well. CARLA was wonderful. I got back to my truck and my wife, dog and I dug into the bulging bagel bag . A shmere of lox cream was loaded onto a garlic bagel and we dug in. Lots of yum sounds were murmured as we all chewed the magnificent meal. You can bet you're bottom bagel buck that we will be returning. 😁

Stopped by for the first time to check out their bags of bagels. There were many different flavors, buy 2 get one free. The service was super nice and they also told me I could grab an extra bag of bagels as well.
I also got some pineapple cream cheese. All the bagels as well as the cream cheese is delicious 😋

Ordered online “Franchesca Italiano combo” on a jalapeño cheddar bagel 🤌🏽🤌🏽🤌🏽 once I placed my order I received a call a few moments later from an associate of the store asking “hey did you want me to add XYZ toppings” forgive me for not remembering but it must’ve be topped with love cause it was amazing lol!! When I went to pick it up in store it was very comfortable and cozy like the coffee shop in FRIENDS. The bagel itself was soft in a good way and the cold cuts were perfect! 10/10 would recommend!

Went there in the morning with my service animal for a iced coffee and a sweet treat. Got a black and white cookie 5/10 on the cookie it was a bit hard idk if it was old or that's just how they make em I'm used to them being more like a cake then a hard cookie. The iced coffee is premade and put in a drink machine my wife said it best it taste like yoo-hoo not coffee. Overall the people there are really nice and we will be back for the specialty (Bagels) lol

This is my Sunday morning short motorcycle ride place for a bagel sandwich and coffee. Normally get a sausage and egg on toasted everything bagel, I see your mouth watering.. great selection of fresh bagels, shmears (chives is my fave), sandwiches, coffees, refreshments. Friendly service always with a smile, oh and they have yesterday's bagels for sale also, just saying.
