“Went there in the morning with my service animal for a iced coffee and a sweet treat. Got a black and white cookie 5/10 on the cookie it was a bit hard idk if it was old or that's just how they make em I'm used to them being more like a cake then a hard cookie. The iced coffee is premade and put in a drink machine my wife said it best it taste like yoo-hoo not coffee. Overall the people there are really nice and we will be back for the specialty (Bagels) lol“

Her warm & caring personality is so heartfelt. Mercedes has traveled the world, teaching others the art of baking cakes. Each cake she designs is amazing. There is a lot of history in the Bake me a Cake family. His Dad Alex was a highly trained baker who studied in France. Sadly, he passed away last year but left a legacy in which Michael is following.
