So I went to this Burger King to get the Addams family meal that comes with onion rings when I ordered the meal I checked my bag and saw that I got fries instead of onion rings. I told the white guy with long hair that the Meal is suppose to come with onion rings but he told me that I had to request to get the onion rings when it CLEARLY says that the meal comes with onion rings. This is false advertisement

I’ve been coming to this burger for years and I’ve never had a problem until td I didn’t get her name but the white lady with her hair up and glasses who I think was manager at the time was the rudest I’ve ever encountered at this store all because I brought back my breakfast sandwich that was cold and hard per her they weren’t hard she said like I drove all the way home and came back because they were so fresh !!! Really :( Very sad that you can’t get good customer service anymore !!

Horrible service at this Burger King and unless you are on the drive-thru line it doesn't matter how long ago you paid for your food whether it's for delivery or whatever if you're inside you have to wait for the drive-thru even though they paid after. Not only did I wait for my Uber order to pick up for delivery like 15 minutes or more but every person that was in the Drive-Thru got their food ahead of me and it took me 10 minutes to get to Burger King so 30 minutes or more plus everybody got their food before I did even though the customer paid way before all of them did. And they really didn't care. If this was a one-time thing it would be whatever but now this is like the 4th or 5th time it's happened and this is why I'm putting it out there so other people know

Really horrible management and listening skills… I ordered a family meal and specifically told them to get all the sandwiches plain just cheese, get my order and all sandwiches have everything on them, I go back and tell them I had said all of them plain with just cheese, then they go on to say I never said anything about sandwiches bring plain, then the complain they have to remake some easy sandwiches and then mumble like I can’t hear them that I have to wait until they take and make all the orders to get my food, then look at you with a face, really horrible service and management and rudeness like they don’t care…

I love it's burgers on the grill, and it's fries and other menu.but sometimes they forget to deliver you in your meal thru the drive thru your ketchup, and straws.
