Took a while to get my food, but service and food was good as far as burger king goes.
I tried to give this place a chance. But it keeps failing. So the Soda was good. The Burger was the best of have ever had as you can see in the photos. I live less than 5 minutes from the store location and as you can see the cheese wont even melt. The Burger meat was cold. I don't even know if this was even really in regulation to give to customers. I will never go back to this location. Only reason for a second star is because of the soda. Communication bad, bad food, fries were warmer then the burger if you can believe it. I do prefer my health and don't want to be put at risk of food poisoning. I really believe Florida should raise standards and get this place inspected randomly before someone gets really sick.

🍔 Burger King 🍔 is definitely a family favorite. From before I can remember ...a common stop when I was spending time with my Dad, was Burger King. His order never changed at Burger King. I always knew it would be a Strawberry Shake and The Original Chicken Sandwich. You know, the one that is shaped like a sub/hoagie roll, not round like a burger but longer than it is wide. Now a days I can pull through the drive thru and order my favorite (also The Original Chicken) and get a super dealy on it. They have it part of the DUO or TRIO deal. Great offer for such a delicious meal. I always leave Burger King with a smile on my face.... memories of my Dad and glad I just got to enjoy my favorite for that killer price they hook you up with. 😁

I don't know how this place stays in business. I made a drive thru order and after I paid at the window I hear yelling so loud the window associate even turned around. When I asked what was wrong, she said the front counter associate was frustrated that she had to cook new burgers and they were busy. I was the only vehicle in the drive thru. After waiting a while I decided to enter the lobby because I didn't have a good feeling about the visit and just wanted a refund. I saw only one table with eating patrons and no one in the lobby or in a line. I then see frustrated looking employees with bad attitudes, which confirmed me wanting a refund. The frustrated employee took my receipt and debit card to a manager. She returned with a cash refund with bills only. There was a shortage of the exact amount that was concerning only because a manager never approached and my receipt wasn't returned. There were more employees than customers both in the lobby and outside. When I lived in the Deltona area I very rarely visited here. However, every time I did it was always a bad experience. I thought maybe this time would have been better.

Slowest Burguer King ive ever been too. I spent about 20 minutes in line in the drive through and there were only 2 cars infront of me. I had to end up leaving because the line was not moving.

RUUUUDE!!!!! Lady at the window handing us food was so rude and had such a stinky attitude. We said please and thank you because both me and my husband come from customer service backgrounds and nothing. I’m not asking anyone to smile but just be polite. Quit your job if you hate it that much. Jeez

Everyone not wearing hair nets and all handling food. Guy in brown drinking from a cup while making food and manager in black touching his hair and wiping his sweat off his head touching bags and food. Disgusting how thia place is ran.

The lady at the window was incredibly RUDE. She pressured me to order and was making faces while I tried to grab the drinks. Even my 2 kids were aware of how rude she was. The food absolutely sucked!!! The sweet tea was the most disgusting tea I've ever had in my life!!! If my husband wasn't in the hospital I would have returned everything!!! Spare yourself the trouble and don't go here!!!

The girl that took our order was beyond rude. I’m 90% sure it was Emilee. Very impatient and horrible attitude. Our code was expired so we tried to find another one and we asked for a second but she didn’t hear and repeated extremely rude that “I said it’s expired…” Then we said ok we are going to use another one and said we’ll do the two chicken sandwiches then she rudely said what kind of chicken sandwich like we are dumb and explained there’s different kinds. We gave her the code after and she again rudely said “give me a second. You were supposed to give that to me first.” If she didn’t have such a horrible attitude it wouldn’t have been a big deal but she genuinely treated us horribly for no reason when we were kind. There was no reason she should have spoken to us in that manner. Don’t get a job in customer service if you can’t even remotely be nice.
