Ate at the new Checkers in Deltona and was very happy with the quality and presentation. Everything was cooked fresh (didn't mind the extra couple of minutes) and the chicken and fries were crispy! Staff did an excellent job, as always. Much better than McDonald's or Burger King.

Anytime I've stopped here the food has been great. Just recently pulled up and got 7 meal deals to feed everyone for cheap, found out they were even understaffed. But they were so polite, speedy, and all the food was fresh!

DO BETTER! So I’m visiting from SC! I looks forward to going to Checkers when I come down because we don’t have one where I live. I walk in to order my food and I thought I was going to have a heatstroke, the air conditioner was broken, it’s like 90 degrees outside so I couldn’t imagine what it was inside, a damn shame the employees sweating and having to work in that condition, especially in Florida.😡 All the associates were super friendly, my food was nice, hot and delicious, they definitely deserve better working conditions or maybe close up until the air conditioning gets fixed. I’ll check back by before I leave in a few days, I felt terrible for them. Shame on you Checkers.

Hoy jueves 7 de noviembre a eso de las 6:15pm pasé por la ventanilla a recoger una orden y un empleado me ignoró por completo por lo que tuve que hacerle señas para que viera que llevaba varios minutos esperando y se enojó me gritó y me cerró la ventana bien fuerte en la cara. luego de eso apareció el gerente de turno que vio la actitud de su empleado. Ayudo al empleado blanco de pelo claro a empacar la orden y le pidio que me la entregara y el empleado mirandome con odio (sin razón alguna) prácticamente me tiro la bolsa y tiro la ventana unas 4 veces. pedí hablar con el gerente para dejarle saber la situación y me dijo que había visto pero no hizo nada. La empleada que estaba en el turno me dijo que ese empleado siempre era así de problemático. Al parecer los empleados y el gerente mismo le tienen miedo por ser tan agresivo y no hacen nada al respecto y siguió trabajando como si nada... llame a la policía pero adivinen que? tampoco hicieron nada. Tuve que rechazar varias ordenes como dasher" luego de eso por evitar confrontar al empleado que aún se encontraba en su turno.
Mi consejo, eviten ese restaurante!!!

I have been to slower checkers restaurants. But I really can’t remember when. Literally nobody in line and they still have me pull out of the drive-through lane and park because they couldn’t get the order together fast enough.

Just another ghetto checkers. Didn’t expect it in this area. Food tasted microwaved and the employees need training on how to talk to people. Also, the nuggets should at least include one FREE sauce. Trying to charge $2.20 for two sauce packets is a joke. Never again!
If you are going to order from here and enjoy the fry-seasoned chicken tenders ..do yourself a big favor. Next time you are at the grocery store buy yourself a bottle of Frank's Red Hot Buffalo sauce because they are not going to put dipping sauce in the bag most if not every time you order. They just can't seem to do it. This is the brand of Buffalo sauce they use (and now even charge for) and can never seem to include it in the order. Four times in a row, over it. $17 for a combo on DoorDash, no dipping sauces (as usual) and fries and tenders were hard and cold. Missing items and quality issues and DD compensates me $3.00. The coke was also flat so I just opened a can from my 12 pack but why am I having to buy half my combo at the grocery store ? This is why people are not ordering as much on Doordash anymore and likely from this Checkers location.

Pro: Joe is always so nice when I go through the drive thru. Con: I should be able to substitute a regular chicken patty with a spicy and not be told that they can’t. The option I was given was to dip the plain chicken patty into buffalo sauce. Does make sense.
