First time here. If a restaurant has eggs Benedict on the menu I will usually order it. It's a good "litmus" test. If they do that well, they can usually do everything to my satisfaction. Unfortunately, I don't think they make their own Hollandaise. Now I realize, not many breakfast places actually make Hollandaise. The ones that do, get my repeat business. You can get a good breakfast here. I just can't recommend the Benedict. They do have several...
This is a nice little eatery. Service is always nice, and the food is always prompt and warm. But the food quality is meh and the price is high for it too. My favorite is biscuits and gravy, but Rooster cafes gravy is always so werid tasting. They have a decent sweets case, but thats always hit or miss on satisfaction. It would be cool if yall worked a deal with the Buttercup Bakery in Deland.
