Tonight on 11/08/25 place my Oder online for a pan pizza and two orders of wings, well let me say this that pan pizza didn’t look medium and the cuts were not even at all. The pan pizza was dry the wing shouldn’t be called wings they were baby wings.

I just ordered a 32 count cinnamon bites along with a pizza and wings. However they delivered garlic bites instead, let me add my kid is allergic to garlic. The shift manager tried to argue with me because they didn’t VERIFY the order was correct before it left their store. Then she goes to add well the pizza you ordered had garlic crust. I NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT MY KID EATING THE PIZZA because I know he can’t have it! That was irrelevant to what I was calling about. Y’all messed up my order and should take responsibility instead of arguing with the customers who spent THEIR money to buy what they wanted not what the workers made and delivered! Then she proceeds to say I’m the only one you can talk to about this because I’m shift manager, well that’s where she was wrong because shift managers have bosses too and I will be calling them first thing Monday morning. She was VERY RUDE AND ARGUMENTATIVE! I will not be ordering from here again!

Dear customer service

I am writing to share my recent experience at the Domino’s Pizza location on Howland Blvd in Deltona, which left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer.

I originally called the store because my pizza was burnt. The manager asked me to drive to the location so the issue could be addressed. However, upon arrival, instead of resolving the concern, the manager told me that “in her eyes” the pizza was not burnt and that a Philly Cheesesteak pizza is supposed to look that way.

I was frustrated that I was asked to come to the store only to be argued with rather than heard. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, she refused to remake the pizza, gave me $10 in cash, and asked me to leave the store. As a customer, this interaction was disappointing and made me feel disrespected.

I understand mistakes happen, but how concerns are handled is just as important as the food itself. I truly enjoy Domino’s and want to continue being a customer, but I believe situations like this should be addressed to ensure respectful customer service and consistency across your stores.

I would appreciate a follow-up on how this matter will be handled. Thank you for your time and attention

This location is terribly UNPROFESSIONAL. I went in to get a pizza and was refused service because I only had cash and it was under $12. Seriously? You don't accept CASH???
When you call a very young female person with broken English answers the phone and cannot answer any questions about the menu or business. They constantly run help wanted ads on Domino's site and Indeed but are never hiring. I guess having children with broken English who don't care about anything is what this location prefers as employees. We won't be back.

My order's have always been accurate and the service is pretty decent. And to anybody in the other reviews complaining about no gloves or hair nets. That's how most kitchens are.

We have had great pizzas from this location. We've always been greeted and assisted quickly when picking up our orders. Our orders have been hot, delicious, and correct.

I am extremely disappointed, out of my past 4 orders there has been three mistakes with my orders causing me to wait an extra 10 minutes or longer. The only reason 1 was made correctly was because I called BEFOREHAND to speak with a manager. This time I call to speak with the manager and not a single apology, no customer service, and refused to tell me her bosses name. I explained that instructions were not followed again to cook our pizza extra and uncut. We have half and half for a reason so uncut makes sure that my wife doesn't eat anything she dislikes. When explaining that I will not return tonight and that they can bring the pizza to my home or give me a credit. The manager said okay have a good night. This does not say what they are doing to fix the problem. The manager was extremely rude and when asking for the managers name her reply was I cannot give out their number. I explained that I just want the first name of the person she reports to so I can call and speak with them. She said we cannot give out their name. That is public information! The manager tonight had complete disregard for custom service and hung up on me. I have now filed complaints on three of these feedbacks with dominos and never hear anything back. So let's try corporate now

Evan and the crew did me a solid when the app literally changed my order to a thin crust cheese. Evan quickly rectified the order and remade the pizza correctly. This is not the first time Evan and his night crew went above and beyond this is just the first time I am reviewing their excellent customer service.

Hailey made my Order. I called the store as I usually do to ask for flats. And I was told that they don’t do that. I understand not being able to do it. But if you guys don’t do it make sure you guys say that to everyone. I don’t like drums and I always get accommodated. Just because one person doesn’t wanna take the time to accommodate me means that they should all do the same. It’s unfortunate. I usually love order at this dominoes. Make sure you train all the crew the same. If it’s allowed then allow it always. If it’s not then say no always. I’m very disappointed. Do better Hailey.

Don’t waste your money this pizza has gone horribly the sauce is stale the steak is old on the Philly steak pizza they have ruined this location yes I ordered online they did not help me when I called this location has gone bad
