Just went to the Dunkin at providence and Normandy. The newer one. Needed a strong coffee to help me work the rest of the day and everything was PERFECT!! The coffee was on point and very strong, like I like it!! And the employees were very nice and helpful. Will definitely return again! Thank you!

This location has room for improvement. I've been disappointed on both my visits. My first negative experience I was teaching a class, and bought a box of doughnuts and was given 2 napkins. I asked for extra, and was given maybe 5. That's not even enough for 1 per donut in the box! My second visit, I ordered a bagel and cream cheese, but there was barely any cream cheese. I also wasn't given ANY napkins with my bagel. Please use the feedback to improve quality. I never have issues at the Saxon location.
Enjoy coming here. The afternoon crew is ?. The early am/opening crew has gotten my orders wrong and has bad attitudes.

Coffee is always
wrong no matter what or how I order or how many times I get it remade. Bagels are always burnt yet every ham and cheese croissant stuffer is cold and undercooked.

I’ve had several issues when getting drinks in the last few hours of them being opened. It’s just slapped together and never tastes right. Some of their employees are great and make sure you’re taken care of in a good timely manner others I’ve been left waiting for a while. I usually do mobile orders to avoid some of these wait times and today I did not get the right coffee at all. The label and receipt both have my mobile order correct, but in stead of a caramel frozen coffee I got their churro frozen coffee instead… good thing I don’t have any allergies to cinnamon and can still enjoy the drink but I am disappointed that it was either mixed up or made wrong. I tried calling the location to let them know not to complain but simply a heads up that my order may have been switched and not sure what went wrong and the phone was left ringing for several minutes and no one answered.
Parking: Some of the parking spaces get taken by the line when it’s backed up and can be kinda heck tick but most of the time the best parking is away from the line bc will cut through the spaces

The food was OK, but the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I walked in and my to-go order wasn’t there, so I asked for it and get “oh, we have to remake it”.Then the girl behind the counter literally has the nerve to point at another customer and tell me “she took all your food” Excuse me?? Mistakes happen. A simple “a customer grabbed the wrong order so we’re remaking yours” would’ve sufficed. Don’t call out another customer to try to cover your butt. I seriously couldn’t believe what I had just witnessed, let alone that the employee in question didn’t seem to realize she’d done anything wrong.

My wife ordered via their app and when she showed up they didn’t have any of the donuts . She asked to cancel the order because she used a gift card . The very blunt and unhelpful associate said we could cancel in the app however there is no way to do so . She wouldn’t help her whatsoever. Told her to order something different. Welp I guess we lost out on our gift card too . Awful customer service and horrible experience. Last time we will go there for sure . Tried calling there more than a dozen times last two days no answer either . Guess that what happens when kids run the show .
