Terrible service, cashier had no clue how to take an order. Literally only a few people inside and still manage to take 20 min to serve me a toasted bagel and 1/2 dozen doughnuts. Oh and when I asked how much longer for my bagel to be ready they replied with do you have your receipt? Cause I don't have your order on my screen" and some how the cashier still had taken my payment and gave me no receipt. Never coming back again, rather drive to the howland location even tho is farther from me. They all look overwhelmed and making a fuzz about peoples order, trash talking about costumers orders taken on the drive thru. Like they are doing costumers a favor, and the food is free. (By the way my bagel was not the one I order) I ate it cause I just been at LabCorp doing blood work for 4 hours for my pregnancy and fasting. Literally shaking while waiting 20 min for a bagel. Horrible horrible service.

Starting coming here shortly after they opened, started off okay. Now, the staff seem overwhelmed and overworked. The pickup counter is chaos in the morning. I ordered ahead and came in about 10 minutes later. The lady at the pickup counter swore my order wasn’t ready and would not let me touch my bag with MY name on it. I waited an additional 10 minutes just for her to walk away and come back and say “they didn’t give you your order yet?” Then hands me the original bag at the pickup counter. I had to have them remake it because it had now sat for 15-20 minutes and was cold. Since then I’ve yet to have one order made correctly. Management needs to get some priorities in order at this Dunkin location. I’ll be going elsewhere until then.

I really LOVE this location, since they opened they don't disappoint . I want to shout out to the cutie young man working the drive thru on Valentines day at around 6pm you ended my day better than it started!!!

This place hasn’t been open long, but EVERY SINGLE TIME we go there, our order is wrong. We order a bacon egg and cheese sandwich? They don’t add bacon. I always get the avacodo toast with bacon and more than half the times, they don’t add any bacon! They don’t forget to charge us for it though. Today we ordered an avacodo toast with bacon and 2 sausage egg and cheese pancake wraps and went home. They forgot my bacon on my toast, again, and it was burnt. Whatever. But then my boyfriend was eating his pancake wrap and there was a straw wrapper cooked into the eggs! So we called and they said they would remake our order, so we drove all the way back. My boyfriend went in and got the food and came back out, and no bacon again!! Then he went make in and the worker was rude and then put like 1/3 of one piece of bacon on the toast and was super rude about it and was like “that’s just how I make it.” That’s not how it’s supposed to be. Like an almost 2 dollar up charge for that??

I am a regular customer at Dunkin' Donuts, but I will never return because Kaylee was extremely unprofessional when I drove up to the window and she gave me my total. I asked how she knew my total was that amount (because the amount she stated was incorrect), and she replied, "Because that's how much it is," and then when I told her I had a mobile order, she closed the window and processed to laugh with a coworker next to her as if the encounter was a joke, then handed me the order, which was right next to her. Such poor customer service and a terribly sarcastic demeanor. NEVER AGAIN!
This Dunkin is super chill and never busy. Rare Deltona gem right now.

We ordered breakfast at 8:52 and didn't get it until 9:24. They ran out of croissants and kept forgetting orders. It was very busy, but they also had a lot of inexperienced workers.
