Came to Dunkin’ Donuts this morning and spent 5$ on a large Hot Chocolate and they didn’t even fill my Hot Chocolate to the line on the cup. Also the lady at the window didn’t great me she just shoved the Hot Chocolate in my face very rude.

Very slow service and delivery, the place was empty.
On a crisp day, I found myself in the area and decided to pop into this newer donut shop for a coffee and a toasted cheese sandwich. The location is spacious, with a clean and tastefully decorated dining room that feels welcoming. Ordering is done through kiosks—those modern contraptions I usually love to hate. But I have to admit, this one was surprisingly user-friendly compared to the frustrating experiences I’ve had elsewhere. Reluctantly, I made peace with it. I opted for a medium coffee, complete with the usual fixings, and a toasted cheese sandwich on rye. Both were prepared promptly and delivered without a hitch. The staff were cheerful, the prices reasonable, and the food hit all the right notes—warm, satisfying, and just what I needed on a chilly day. If you’re in the neighborhood, it’s worth a visit. And hey, maybe you’ll even make friends with the kiosk.

What happened to all the donuts? It was early afternoon there were hardly any donuts left on the shelf they were bare. They use to have a whole wall filled with donuts all kinds. Now it’s a little here and there. I even asked about the apple crumble donut the girl told me well I’ve been here for a year and never heard of that donut! That’s funny I used to get it all the time did they discontinue it who knows. You go I to get a dozen donuts and there only a few to choose from? Weird for a donut place

Unacceptable. Placed an order pull up to pay and a very rude very sloppy looking employee cones to the window and says "what are you waiting on, pull up". Yea I will not be spoken to like that. These kids will get better acting like that. I left. Made my own coffee at home. Hey dunkin, please remind your people, if no customers they have no jobs,learn to embrace your clientele!

Been coming here for years. Past few months they can’t seem to make one right coffee. Hot late with extra shot of expresso and 5 sugars. Either it’s nearly cold, forgot sugar or didn’t add shot. Went back in to have both coffees remade today and they didn’t add shot of espresso. I ended up going through drive through and buying two extra shots. Not the kind of person to keep persisting. Total for two lates with extra shot and one veggie omelette $26 because I had to spend and additional $5 to make the coffee right my self. I’m at the verge of just making my own coffee at home. And some (not all) of the girls who work here are snotty so service has become sub par as of late
