How hard is it to make coffee!!! i go and get the same order everyday and you guys make it seven different ways. Honestly this Dunkin needs to replace the whole team and start over. Thank god for Starbucks coming to deltona

There were no customers in drive thru or in the store. We ordered 2 donuts , an apple pie and a Bavarian creme. We got the apple pie and a LEMON donut? The employee did not speak to us at all at the window. She was on a personal call the whole time. Do a WHOLE LOT better Dunkin.

This is consistently the worst Dunkin in the area. Long waits, unprofessional staff, half ass food preparation. This place will ruin your morning or afternoon. Doesn't matter what shift. They suck.

Excited to enter a world of donut filled happiness, I pull into the drive through of Dunkin’ Donuts on Howland next to the Walmart. Little did I know the disappointment this would bring me. I pull up next to the speaker excited how there is no line and asked for a straw berry dragon fruit refresher, much to my displeasure they didn’t have any. That’s okay! I’ll just expand my taste buds and order a mango pineapple one! I also order myself a bagel with cream cheese and TWO strawberry frosted donuts. My total comes to 10 bucks. I pull up next to the window as I hand in my card and the women hands me a bag. Silly me didn’t check the bag as I would expect these workers to be competent and include everything in there. She then hands me back my card and tells me to wait. Wait for what? I didn’t know as she didn’t tell me. For the next three minutes I wait and wait as I jam out to 21 savage until a different women asks me what I was waiting for a hands me my drink. I say thank you with a smile tell her to have a good day, and proceed with my merry way. I pull into my driveway step foot in my kitchen, sit at my table and look into the bag. Much to my displeasure I notice ONE bagel with cream cheese and NO donuts. I am currently sitting at the same table right now and I’m very upset. Dunkin workers do better. (And also please get some strawberry dragon fruit) I included a photo of my no donuts just so yall can feel the disappointment I’m feeling.

Dont bother going in the afternoon. Every single time I have gone they get my order wrong. The guy with the big hair is kinda rude and forgets half my oder every time. I’m asked to pull around and wait for 10 plus mins when there is no customers. Having to wait for him to go back inside and take even longer getting the rest of my order is so frustrating! I don’t mind the morning staff, the girl named Precious is what deserves the star I gave. (Would give her 5 ) They are lucky to have her.

Ever since the change in management this Dunkin’ has pulled a complete 180 and has been much better with all food products and coffees. Store staff is friendly and would highly recommend!

I cant expect anyone to love their service job, (that’s obvious) but I can expect my order to be done right. Way too often I get sausage when I ask for bacon, that’s if the kitchen isn’t closed hours before business is over. At least it’s really hard to mess up an iced coffee, honestly just drive the extra few miles to the one by the new Aldi

Went this morning at 7:00 a.m. and after 15 minutes one car had gone through the drive-thru window. The rest were still waiting. I had to give up and go to work. Next time I'm going to McDonald's

I’m here to tell you the dunkin on howland that’s under new management isn’t any better than it was before a huge drive thru line a huge indoor line I go in to see if maybe I can get my mobile order a little faster by going inside and there’s two employees which I understand your understaffed that happens but what I don’t understand is your moving super slow talking and pausing to finish talking while making a drink like no pep in the step it’s ridiculous. They also don’t know how to do a refund. They call the manager I informed her of what was going on and after talking to her I give phone back to the worker she’s on speaker and she says don’t let them get to you. How about address the fact that they are moving like snails and their conversation was more important than the customers. I winded up having to leave without the refund to get my niece to her game so hopefully I’ll be able to get it through the Dunkin app
