Every time we go to this Dunkin, the wait is longer and longer. I'm not sure if they're understaffed or what the problem is. I hope they fix it soon. There's a Starbucks going up a short distance away. If the long delays continue, I'll be switching to Starbucks.

Do not bother with mobile ordering at this store. EVERY single time I go to pick up my order, they are completely out of everything I ordered online. Then I can’t even get a refund in store for orders I’ve never received in the first place. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I’ve tried to be patient with this Dunkin’ since it’s close to home, but I’ve had enough. Every time I come here, the drinks are wrong, the service is slow, and no one seems to care.
Today I went through the drive-thru and waited way too long — and it wasn’t even busy inside. When I finally got to the window, I ordered a large iced mocha latte. The guy handed me a medium drink that looked almost completely white — not even close to a mocha. I told him I ordered a large iced mocha latte, and instead of fixing it properly, he charged me $8.63. I asked if he was sure that was right, and he said yes. Later, I checked the price on the app and saw I was definitely overcharged.
This isn’t just a one-time thing. It happens nearly every time I go, and it’s clear the employees don’t care. It shows in the way they act and how they handle orders. I’ve given this location too many chances, but today was the last straw. I really hope someone from Dunkin’ sees this, because it’s unacceptable.

They were absolutely fabulous today. I had multiple orders with someone on the phone. They didn’t know what they want. They did not get upset with me. They processed the orders as quickly as possible. They were very kind and when we were at the window, they processed the multiple orders easily. Everything was there. Highly recommend this location

How hard is it to make coffee!!! i go and get the same order everyday and you guys make it seven different ways. Honestly this Dunkin needs to replace the whole team and start over. Thank god for Starbucks coming to deltona

There were no customers in drive thru or in the store. We ordered 2 donuts , an apple pie and a Bavarian creme. We got the apple pie and a LEMON donut? The employee did not speak to us at all at the window. She was on a personal call the whole time. Do a WHOLE LOT better Dunkin.
