Went through drive thru asked for the Valentines Day Tin paid for 25 donut holes, only was given 15. Did not think to count, I assumed they were capable of counting to 25, also bought a breakfast wrap, The dough was hard, and cold when I opened it at work!!! Called to let them know, of course no one answered and mailbox wasn’t set up!!! Will never go back again!!

Unfortunately this is the only Dunkin' Donuts by my house. They close at 9:00 but for some reason they only have like two Donuts by the time I get to roll by after work at 5:00. I used to hit my other local Dunkin' Donuts everyday after work but now there's just no point, how do you close at at 9:00 but run out of Donuts by 5:00 in a place with the word donut in the name. Starbucks around the corner will have to do i guess

This dunkin location almost never has anything in inventory. You can't even tell that some workers are working there because they don't even have uniforms. The other dunkin location next to Subway is very better.

Just left the drive through the service was unprofessional the young adults working there laughing and playing around while I’m trying to give my order. Not trying to be critical but can you joke around after I give my order do your job first then play around.

I’m disappointed with this Dunkin’ location because it doesn’t live up to the Dunkin’ brand. During promotional events, I had to ask for items that were supposed to be offered which made the experience uncomfortable.
The promotions don’t seem well executed, and the overall energy from the staff feels low—like they don’t want to be there. There are other Dunkin’ locations nearby, but this one is closest to me, and I shouldn’t feel the need to drive farther just to get better service.
Unfortunately, this location doesn’t provide a welcoming or friendly atmosphere that encourages me to keep coming back and spending my money here.

On their website it states they are offering delivery until 7 pm on Christmas Eve. I ordered at 6:25 pm. I got a text from the delivery driver at 6:40 stating that the employees told the driver that they don't have ANY FOOD and I need to contact GH to cancel because they are CLOSED, and then my ordered was cancelled by the driver. Awful customer service. I understand how restaurants are because I work in the business, and when you are closing early you want to get out asap, but you also honor customers and orders that come in way before closing. It's not like they actually cook anything. It was 2 untoasted bagels with sausage and cheese. The last time I ordered they were out of bagels! I see the average rating is 2.7 stars and I understand why. The owner should care more about customer service because we are the ones who are your livelihood. I'm done with this Dunkin Donuts

I haven't been to a Dunkin' Donuts in a while; I went through the drive-thru and ordered a single donut and a ice coffee and the first thing I was met with was a tip screen.
Sorry not sorry, never going to a Dunkin' Donuts again.
Worst store never has any donut Selection no matter what Time of day You would think they would have the basic popular donuts unless you’re into the old-fashioned that’s just plain good luck ever trying to get munchkins and the drinks are a hit or miss sometimes they made correctly sometimes they’re not they should just close down

Every time we go to this Dunkin, the wait is longer and longer. I'm not sure if they're understaffed or what the problem is. I hope they fix it soon. There's a Starbucks going up a short distance away. If the long delays continue, I'll be switching to Starbucks.

Do not bother with mobile ordering at this store. EVERY single time I go to pick up my order, they are completely out of everything I ordered online. Then I can’t even get a refund in store for orders I’ve never received in the first place. Would give 0 stars if I could.
