Went this morning at 7:00 a.m. and after 15 minutes one car had gone through the drive-thru window. The rest were still waiting. I had to give up and go to work. Next time I'm going to McDonald's

I’m here to tell you the dunkin on howland that’s under new management isn’t any better than it was before a huge drive thru line a huge indoor line I go in to see if maybe I can get my mobile order a little faster by going inside and there’s two employees which I understand your understaffed that happens but what I don’t understand is your moving super slow talking and pausing to finish talking while making a drink like no pep in the step it’s ridiculous. They also don’t know how to do a refund. They call the manager I informed her of what was going on and after talking to her I give phone back to the worker she’s on speaker and she says don’t let them get to you. How about address the fact that they are moving like snails and their conversation was more important than the customers. I winded up having to leave without the refund to get my niece to her game so hopefully I’ll be able to get it through the Dunkin app

Food was cold my everything bagel minis was still frozen and the rude employe that was at window yesterday morning was highly disrespectful. DO NOT recommend coffee was the worst I was in a rush to work late because of the rudness of the staff and the manger. This Store is just not to my liking I see all the other comments had an amazing time they can just never get it right when I come I’ll be glad when Starbucks come !

At least the fit made a drink but wrong and gave me holes said out of all else and hours wrong on google.

Closing despite online order before closed - they didn’t even make it . People sitting ignored at window didn’t know were there. Hire older and pay more.

Most Dd aren’t great. Can’t have ONE SUGAR FREE CEO? Wild. But diabetes pcos low carb for health like come on billion dollar company. Nothing healthy or even good. Donuts brought in. Lattes high. Point system is weak now. Star and D suck.

The cute kind red head girl threw out the donuts 10 minutes prior to close and well I understand she wants to go home early but it’s not ethical. Also, we waited at the drive through and she did not answer so we drove up to the window. Meanwhile I was the one calling her, she attended the phone before even attending us. She didn’t know it was me so when she picked up, I hung up at that moment. Let’s fix this, yeah?! Thanks.
