I just wanted to get a pastry. I was passing by and saw the sign, never been there before. I was looked like an invader when I walked in, with almost a snarl. When I asked what was good and popular the first women behind the counter treated me like I should’ve known what they were selling, even after I told them that I just saw the sign and stopped in. Soooo rude, so uninviting. If you’re looking for that warm inviting bakery feeling… you won’t get it here. It’s sad because I went next door and got an donut from CircleK.

Had a breakfast sandwich was not good. Found a hair on my food after eating the first half. Paper thin bacon, couldn't even taste it (pulled out a peice and looked like microwave bacon). Heavy on the lettuce and thick cut tomatoes (so it was soggy and tomatoes had a fishy taste) eggs were cold, and cheese didn't even melt... Said it came with onions. But did not have. Coffee was more expensive than Starbucks but it did taste better than Starbucks. When my order came out it sat on the counter, no one even said it was ready until another girl saw my order and called me over to grab it myself (only 2 other guests in the restaurant with 4 people behind the counter singing). Wont go back.

It is our glass of water in the desert, the best place for us to endulge a café con leche and sandwiches Puertorrican style. They are good. We always take home pastries or something else. We drove 50min to get there, that says something, right? Come and taste.

El Coqui Bakery makes the best Cuban sandwich in Deltona--fresh bread, generous layers of meat, and full of flavor. The Don Coqui is another standout, and the Coqui Fries come in a huge portion loaded with toppings, perfect for sharing.

Empanadas and pastelitos are flavorful, and the sorullos make a good side as well.

I've heard excellent things about their coffee and the Mallorca so that is next on the list to try.

Every dessert I've had has been impressive, but the guava cheese quesito is a must--don't leave without it.

It can get busy, and parking is limited, so come prepared for a bit of a wait. But it's absolutely worth it.

Everything here is fresh and delicious! I never knew a breakfast sandwich could be 'con todo', but now I wouldn't have it any other way. Don't leave without a stellar cup that is brewed fresh on the same machine that takes astronauts into orbit. Must be what makes it out of this world! So so good!
