I got a gyro plate with chicken, rice and white sauce. Plain old vanilla style without pita or salad. Spent $18 including a pineapple soda to only be disappointed. Absolutely no flavor in this food I just had. Customer service is excellent and the place is very clean. I’d recommend The Halal Guys in Orlando if you are looking for something a little cheaper and with alot more flavor and if you’re willing to take a 45 minute drive.

I have order from here a few times and today it seemed like the guy (maybe the owner) who answered the phone had an attitude and was very rushing as I tried to tell him my order. I ordered 3 mixed Gyro platters today and was charged $11 for this small mixed platter that comes also with chicken that I never received on any of my platters. Just a few months ago they had this same size regular for less and now they say that this is their only size instead of the large for the same price?? I was also charged a separate fee for the chicken nuggets and fries (8 nuggets for $6 and $3.49 for some fries ? ) I called them 3 times and no one picked up the phone with in the 10 minutes of leaving the restaurant..... from a place that was once good will be never again!!

As others have stated they are rude. Has Uber driver ask for extra sauce as I called them 3 times and no one picked up the phone. Order was very late. Advice to Mr. Omar if he doesn’t want to give customer service or work close down your business and don’t be so rude.
Not sure if it's the economy but this place has done a 180 in the wrong direction. Ordered online and everything is extra. Even a cost for BBQ sauce which was standard. In addition payed for extra protein and got the SMALLEST plate of food with even less meat than the usual. I won't be back ever again. Nearly 20$ for almost no meat. And I love Mediterranean food smh

Today is Thursday 2-22-24 and my husband got a gyro and fries and it didn’t look like the picture plus the pita bread was stale. There was very little lamb meat and little fries like to feed my 3 year old grandson. Go to Buster Belly in DeLand, Florida their gyros are better.

My husband and I were in the mood for some Greek food and we didn't want to drive far. Flame Gyros is right down the street, and we thought we would check it out.We both ordered the Gyro platter with extra sauce and extra pita. I read reviews that said you didn't get enough pita and they were right. You only get 4 little pita triangles and if you order extra you get a whole extra pita. I don't feel like we got extra sauce at all, even though we ordered it.The platter was good, but there was waaay too much onion and rice. The meat was diced very small, but so were all the veggies, so I'm sure thats how they make their platters and we just aren't used to it. I think more sauce would have made it better because it was really good.We will try this place again, bc we are about supporting small businesses, but next time I'll get the Gyro with fries. I would also like to try the dessert and sides next time.
