Just One More Rooster is a vibrant restaurant that offers fantastic food and lively vibes. The Philly is a standout dish with great portion sizing. The place has been recently remodeled and is now under new ownership, with Monday night karaoke hosted by the legendary SICKMAN.
The restaurant has a well-spread-out space, allowing customers to move about without feeling crowded. The food is amazing in taste and portion size, and the drinks, particularly the Espresso Martini, are well-made. The staff, including the attentive waiter and the fun bartender Skyler, are friendly and engaging.
While the music volume may be a bit too loud for some, the place comes alive when the old favorites are played. The restaurant is also kid-friendly until 9:30 pm.
