We ordered the large bucket/family meal at KFC on Providence. in the past the chicken and sides have been great!
Thursday, both chicken and fries looked as I'd they were cooked in old grease, and we're very dark. there was grease in the bottom of the bucket. We put it in our refrigerator to return, along with the receipt.
we called the next day and was told by the mgr. to return for a refund. we did yesterday morning. The mgr said for us just to keep the old bucket of chicken....read full review
