Every time I order i either get the wrong order or stuff is missing or there's not enough food supposedly they close on Sundays at 10pm and I bought a 12 peace combo

We went to order a 12 piece with six chicken tenders and 6 pieces of chicken, got told no they only have that on the website... so we ordered the saddest looking 8 peice of chicken with "mashed potato's" and mac n cheese... well we got soggy nasty chicken coleslaw and mac n cheese...

Yet another KFC that sucked. The food was ordered ahead of time and it still wasn't done when I got there. I saw the sandwiches sitting out and a couple mins after we got there, someone started dropping fries. It was not busy and most employees were kind of wandering around. We sat at a sticky table and waited for about 6 minutes for our food. KFC really needs to get it together!
They seem busy but they are not, they only care for the drive thru. They messed up my orders and the customer beside us as well.

It’s kfc, so the food was on par with expectations. But Tiffany was awesome, my kids have never been to kfc and I wanted them to try a few items. I ordered two kids meals and my food and forgot to add biscuits. Tiffany added biscuits to my kids meals before she brought them out, and that made my day. It’s nice to have someone overhear conversations and go out of their way to make a first time experience better. Great job Tiffany.

This was the worse KFC franchise location that a have been. I order the family to go and they didn’t have chicken(wings only ) so I ordered tenders, tenders were cold and it was fried on old oil. The two sides where coleslaw was dry and the mash potatoes only a little in the container. Almost $30 for a Family and it was enough for two people. Never again.

Went here thinking I’m going to get something to eat for me and my family but no I was advised that they are closed because they close at 10PM. Well your website and google info state you close at 11PM you guys need to properly update your hours so people are not wasting there gas making a blank trip for no apparent reason.

We have had problems with this KFC several times Not getting our order right parking us for long periods of time and still saying that we're getting our order the way we asked it and that they had to cook it and then it was still wrong craziness. Then tonight I decided to do a DoorDash and it took them almost an hour I'm not even joking an hour to make my order. They need new management or something This is crazy!
