Very quiet family-oriented place to eat. My Dad and I just ate here, and they had dishes we could enjoy since we are on a no-meat eating plan right now. Very quick service, and friendly staff. I'm so happy! I moved to Volusia from Seminole County and was sad to leave my favorite Cuban restaurant behind. And then I found Latin Cafe in Deltona. WOW!! I took the food to go but it was delicious!! The owners are super friendly and kept me company while I waited. The tostones were the freshest I've ever had! I can't wait to go back!

I eat from here 2-3 times a week for breakfast. I usually get a steak sandwich and my husband gets a tripleta. Always amazing !! We have also had their empanadas which are great. The owner is soo sweet and I enjoy talking with her.
