Food over all is great as well as the price. However while waiting for my order to get done. There was no one waiting at the counter to take other customers orders. One employee walking around wearing a pair of over the ear pink headset ignoring another customer that came in to place their order. Only excuse that they told every customer is the wait time will be between 30 - 35 minutes because they are backed up. Then gain ncant see how you could be backes up with no one waiting up front to great their customers let alone take their orders. Having one ignoring everyone and another walking around without a care in the world. Totally disapprove of the employees. And managers as well for not stepping up and doing something to make business run smoother. My advice to management is to rehire and retrain everyone management included. Or corporate needs to go on a firing and rehiring spree and bring the shop back up to the way it use to be.

Every delivery order from this location has been missing items, and not once have i even gotten an apology, just excuses about door dash. Own your mistakes.

Ordered through Uber eats. Asked for well done crazy bread it was raw. Ordered the Crazy combo which includes marinara. Was not with order. Management needs to retrain employees. Terrible!!

Manger sucks has a really bad attitude and needs to find a different job. Because customer service is not her thing . I asked her one ? And did not hear the first this so I asked again what did you say first one was and she told me flat out to listen next time I’m not repeating my self

People that work here are rude. 20 minutes for a cheese pizza. A hot and ready cheese pizza. Lady that took order got up set when i paid with cash.

Just ordered two pizzas and bread the pizza looked like a 10yrd made it very disappointing they went down hill 100%

The manager has attitude . Bread sticks weren't fully cooked ( horrible ) update : went back and gave them another chance. Breadsticks are undercooked and horrible. Nothing changed

I recently went in to pick up a pizza I placed an order for, mind you I haven’t been there in years so the first thing that I did was go up to the counter and politely tell her I am picking up an order and an older lady with glasses immediately interrupts me and tells me to read instructions and to go to the hot hold. I am of course taken a back but I mind my business trying to figure the hot hold out. I was reading the instructions and I saw it said to check my email and of course I did but I had nothing so I asked if she could help me out because I was having some trouble. She proceeded to laugh in my face and tell me that I did get an email confirmation as I am looking for it IN MY email and still couldn’t find it. She got all mad and did not even try to help me once and all she did was laugh even as I left. I understand if you are having a hard day or something but still, no one was in the lobby, I was simply asking for help not a damn attitude. I totally found this unprofessional and was just totally confused because I also work in the food industry and I wouldn’t treat a client like that even if they did something to me or not so seriously get it together and clearly as I read through these other reviews I see that I am not the problem.
