So right before Christmas my daughter wanted to hang out with me and I needed to pick up a quick dinner. I called Little Caesars and place the order. They were fast and friendly and the pizza looked good and was correct. They were really busy and still managed to let me know That my pizza would be on time and it would be hot and fresh. Thank you guys for being there my daughter and I actually finished the whole pizza. It was that good and we never finish a pizza ever! So thank you for your time service and food.

Today after a 10 hour drive home we ordered pizza at 6:40pm for our little ones and when we arrived to pick it up at 9pm , they had not even placed it in the oven! When I asked why, the response was “we have been busy”, “we don’t place pizza en oven at time ordered”, “there were other pizzas.” This is ridiculous!

Im sick and tired of the lack of effort placed here. I get it’s cheap pizza. But we happen to like little Caesar’s pizza. But the product we PAY FOR is crappier and crappier. When it’s not tossing extra toppings on already made pizza and burning it on reheat it’s this. I asked for half cheese and half pepperoni and olives. I guess it was an afterthought, the olives are raw on top. You write customers service, they don’t care. You speak with management, they don’t care. I’m so done with this place. Don’t waste your money here because they won’t bother giving you what you ask for.

Apparently you can't call and speak with a human to order a pizza anymore, you have to use their app. Their pizza isn't good enough for ANY amount of hassle, I won't be bothering to eat here again.

I’ve been ordering from this place for many years. Consistency, great tasting was always my find.

Lately I’ve witnessed and received carelessness. Higher prices, service fees, delivery fees, pepperoni Sicilian half the size than it used to be. No longer pleased with these conditions. No need for service fees. You still have to cook it for take out. Smaller and round not my desire.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This food was horrendous. From the breadstixks to the pizza well under cooked. Save your money, this food establishment is trash. Better off getting frozen pizza
