The employees here are so rude. They never say hello or properly address customers. The issue is Management! Management themselves are rude and impolite, that's why the Employees mimic their behavior!

Ordered a Big Mac meal & chicken sandwich $5 meal and even rounded up for the charity. Get home and have a 10 piece nugget and fish o filet. Tried calling the store no answer. I go in the mornings & everything is correct and fresh. Go at night and its always a gamble. Do better!!

This is the worst McDonald's you can ever go to in the entire world. I have been to McDonald's in the US, France and England. We (US) should be embarrassed. The food was cold, never even microwaved, the people there didn't say hi thank you goodbye, nothing. Whoever owns this franchise will never get my money. Look at how disgusting this food looks. I feel for the animals that sacrificed themselves for such a disgusting, dirty place where the food ends up in the garbage. I want to post my pictures of the food I got today, but don't see the option. I wouldn't want to see it either.

so i came for lunch right after breakfast ended, I was behind the car, that left that bad review below (Deb), as soon as the cashier told them breakfast ended, they started cursing at her and getting loud, that poor girl did nothing wrong.
they didnt need to start cursing and being rude to her, shame on them for how they acted.
this location is amazing and has such lovely people

I ordered from the breakfast menu online & went to pick up my food with 3 children. Was greeted abruptly & told it was too late for breakfast. When I asked for a why I was not notified the meal I already paid for had been cancelled & was told breakfast was done & I could expect a refund in 24-48 hours. Today is a bank holiday so it probably will be 72 hours before I receive my refund. I spent time & money & gas & was left with no breakfast for my kids. I asked several times to speak with the manager (5x) & she refused to say her name & pointed to her hat. What kind of manager acts like this to customers?? I would like the owner of this franchise to know people like Lainey who represent your store are affecting your profit margin & as a regular customer I expect an apology & compensation for my time. Lainey you need to learn how to treat people with dignity & respect.

Just got home, got a fish sandwich meal. The bun was so hard I could barely take a bite. I actually threw away the bottom of the bun, could not bite through it. So hard and stale. This is the second time this has happened. This will be my last trip to this McDonald's, the one on Doyle at the racetrack is always good, but this one, horrible.
