Worst location the one on Deltona is better. I ordered a spicy Mc crispy deluxe combo and when I got my food, it was cold. The sandwich had no lettuce. They gave me the wrong drink and my medium fry was half filled and cold. Also no straw because who needs straws. $20 plus tip for my driver wasted.

Whoever works the night shift here sucks!! How hard is it to make sure sauce is in the bag and customers get fresh food? Everytime I order from this McDonalds at night, my order is totally messed up or missing items and I’m tired of it, the receipt on the bag clearly says what needs to go in, and this is coming from someone who has worked fast food multiple times.

I'm glad they built a McDonald's here and when it opened it was awesome, however as time has now gone on and they've got the crew settled in it's become total crap. The food is subpar now just slapped together or wrong and your always waiting for your food. Right now their is 5 people whom have already ordered in driver thru still waiting for food and yes I'm 1 of the 5. It's been a good 15 mins at least since asked to park. Not happy with this place at all. It's been this way the past 4 or 5 times I've come here. So now I'm putting up a review as this McDonald's needs to get it together! Sincerely a Very disappointed customer!

The day time shift never have an issue with. They are fast, friendly and food is always hot and presentable BUT the night shift there is 1 guy that works there Jeremiah who accused me of picking up a ice cream that my sister ordered got home and I didn’t have it cause didn’t know she order it I called up and he told me well if you knew you was getting an ice cream why didn’t you pick it up I explained to him that it was my sister ordered and didn’t know she order a ice cream I just saw her name on bag and took it than when calling her hung up on me while explaining to him meanwhile as well when I was there saw him yelling at another employee name jasmine not very Management like. His attitude is the worst that’s the only reason I’m giving 1 stars otherwise I would give 5 stars. Jasmine keep up the great work. Your always fast, food is always hot and your attitude is very pleasant.

Ordering Doordash or Uber eats from this location is great. Never walk in or place a pickup order. Your wait time will usually be about 30 minutes and 45 minutes if you're waiting for a desert

To whom it may concern, I am highly disappointed with this establishment. This restaurant was a recently opened location and the service I received was very poor. To the management of this location, your job is to properly train your employees. My first time trying out this place I waited 30 minutes at a drive thru and it wasn’t busy. When I received my food it was cold and they messed up my order. Now, as few months later after that, I received my mobile order but they forgot my fries. I don’t understand why it has come down to this. No establishment should have this many bad reviews. If you guys do your job properly this shouldn’t happen. Do better.
