nearly half of the mgrs are half wit butt heads. you got a GM who don't care about employees(only cares about numbers) but you say we are a family Only best mgr there is Mary. you have another mgr name dustin who acts like his crap dont stink. I think mcdonalds will make anyone a mgr. heck I betcha even the homeless guy that comes in would be a better mgr
The service is slow. The remodeled to where you can’t get any condiments straws napkins etc but the staff can’t even remember to place these items in the bag. All the tables are dirty when I walked in.
You can only order by using a kiosk. When I asked the lady working the counter a question about how the app worked with the kiosk she rolled her eyes at me. We were there around 1 pm today and it was an older heavy set woman working the drive thru line.
Needless to say we went to Wendy’s and will no longer go to McDonald’s in the future.
