EVERY single time I go my order is wrong. The customer service is awful. Feels like a bunch of middle schoolers working there. I prefer to go to the location by exit 108 which is a little farther but worth the drive. I try to give this NEW location a benefit of doubt but it never fails!

Literally every morning I ever try to stop for coffee in my way to work the espresso machine is down. At this point it's almost like they are doing it in purpose because it's never down any other time. Just in the morning.

How do you have a play area for the kids but NO diaper changing tables? This is not the McDonald's I grew up with which was FUN! You are NOT a high-end burger joint for adults so stop trying to look like one!

This location had THE WORST service ever. Single. Time!! Can someone please explain to me why I order on the app from my home drive here and ALWAYS have to pull out of line and wait for my food in the parking spot? Isn’t the point of the app for it to be ready when you get here or am I confused? So frustrating in the morning!

Absolutely terrible service! We were the only ones eating in the restaurant & there were 3 cars in the drive thru. It took us over 20 minutes to get our food! You are forced to only use the kiosk and good luck getting anyone to acknowledge you. I stood at the counter trying to get someone’s attention for 5 minutes, they looked right thru me! I guess watching TikTok videos on your phone is more important.

Our food was cold when we received it & the Big Mac looked like it was put together by a 2 year old! No sense going back to the counter with the lack of customer service!

If this is your franchise you can do better! Your manager has no drive to work or lead a crew!

Can't rate this location becuase every time I try to get food around 3am to 4am they never can serve me for different reasons. Please update your operating hours if you are not going to be open 24hrs.
