Walked up to the counter, server finally appears. I made my order and was only then told I'm supposed to use the kiosk. Then, I was asked if I needed assistance with the kiosk. Of course, I did not need assistance with the kiosk. What would have been nice, would b have been a sign reading: Please Use Kiosk To Order.

It’s 3:00am I’m used to getting doordash orders in the drivethru. I’m told to come inside which is fine. I come inside to get the order and I overhear the manager, and two workers one overweight Caucasian female talking down towards me about coming through the drivethru. Claiming it messes up her time and inconveniences her to put the sticker on etc. I came back again for another dash and I told the manager I didn’t appreciate the comments as I’m just used to going through the drivethru as it’s 3am and I’m the only customer. He just said “okay”. Very unprofessional. DoorDash is one of the only things keeping third shift alive at most places id be more grateful.

Rude and lazy employees, act like doing their job is a nuisance, if they feel like they are understaffed they just shut everything down and even if you have made an order already they make you cancel it and go elsewhere. Avoid this mcdonalds location if at all possible, they will disappoint you every time.

Is this a Manager? After waiting and waiting for 15 minutes or more for a happy meal the employees at this location look at you,but then ignored you and keep walking. There is no more customer service at MC any more. They are so focus to please the drive thru that forget the salon. This manager was using his phone not caring about anything else. What a good example for his colleages. MC food will be the same every where, but this employees does not appreciate that they have a job.
Ohhh remeber there will be no body available to help you if your order has a mistake.
