my mom got a bagel with extra breakfast sauce and they DID NOT PUT EXTRA ON IT. and they got our drinks wrong all of them were diet coke and we asked for coke, i got the coffee but that’s the only thing that was right

Ever since their interior remodel where they closed for an extended period of time, the quality of the food and lack of following orders has really gone down hill. If someone asks and pays extra for certain toppings on their sandwich, that has a modified sticker attached to said sandwich please ensure that particular sandwich is correct. When you order a Double quarter pounder with cheese, the sandwich should have larger patties and not Mcdouble sized patties. It's pretty sad when my 3 meal order has a stack of napkins larger than my Double quarter pounder with cheese sandwich. When I ask and pay for extra breakfast sauce, please put in on the sandwich. Whether it's day or night, management and the team has really dropped the ball on this location. The only saving grace is the sweet older last that takes your payment in the mornings. She is truly the only reason why I try time and time again to make this store work. It used to be my absolute FAVORITE location to order from and now it is so far from it. Please do better.

I was very disappointed with the service I had I went through the drive through and was asked to park and they would bring my food out. I waited 20 minutes for my food and it was cold . The staff seemed distracted and everyone had a cell phone in there hands these kids now a days no work ethic. And paid $20 for a happy meal and a big Mac meal. In the end they desperately need some mc help.
