Gross. First they lost my order three seconds after I ordered. I ordered a steak bagel they gave me a dry, burnt bacon đ€źđ„ and a CRUNCHY bagel. It's small, stale and the cheese isn't melted. I only ate this crap because I could go to my usual cafe to eat real food this morning. Ten bucks. The same as my sit down restaurant. Gross never again. I also noticed other things. This isn't New York Watch the way you handle people here as well. Professionally. Getting sick of that in many places

My nuggets smell like fish đ , because they fried them in the same oil as the fish filet AND the are burnt and stink only had two good nuggets out of my 10 piece DAMN đ

No customer service skills. Ordered two meal deals and they forgot to give us the second set of fries. So we stood at the counter for 5-10 minutes as the workers in the back just stared at us. It wasnât until we raised our voices asking for help when the drive thru worker said can I help you. Then she hand us the fries and just walked away. No one there is pleasant or friendly.

The morning manager called herself âMarioâ literally told me they donât start my food till I come to the drive thru. I asked then whatâs the point of ordering from the app the whole premise of the app was to skip the wait? I asked for the corporate number then as Iâm on the phone with corporate I get escorted out by several officers that were called. Mario youâre a terrible manager time to hang up the head set bud.

Came today to curbside to pick up an online order for me and my toddler. They said the app crashed and when I spoke on the phone, the female manager (Iâm assuming) hung up on me when I was nothing but nice when talking about the issue. This was at 1pm. So whoever is working the shift that time, was very rude and unprofessional. this McDonaldâs is by far the worst one in Deltona thanks to people like her.
