No customer service skills. Ordered two meal deals and they forgot to give us the second set of fries. So we stood at the counter for 5-10 minutes as the workers in the back just stared at us. It wasnât until we raised our voices asking for help when the drive thru worker said can I help you. Then she hand us the fries and just walked away. No one there is pleasant or friendly.

The morning manager called herself âMarioâ literally told me they donât start my food till I come to the drive thru. I asked then whatâs the point of ordering from the app the whole premise of the app was to skip the wait? I asked for the corporate number then as Iâm on the phone with corporate I get escorted out by several officers that were called. Mario youâre a terrible manager time to hang up the head set bud.

Came today to curbside to pick up an online order for me and my toddler. They said the app crashed and when I spoke on the phone, the female manager (Iâm assuming) hung up on me when I was nothing but nice when talking about the issue. This was at 1pm. So whoever is working the shift that time, was very rude and unprofessional. this McDonaldâs is by far the worst one in Deltona thanks to people like her.

The food is...gross (that's my opinion), not exactly what gets my taste buds thirsting for....and I can't believe people still eat there. I hadn't been there for a while until they had the mc ribs sandwich back The food isn't the best tasting and smells odd. I used to like the French fries, til they had changed the oil being fried in. The service is very slow for being a fast food place.

Iâm over fast food at this point , the mobile app gives you no advantage other than. Not talking to the person at the first window. Thru the drive through . You will be parked no matter if thereâs only one vehicle . You will not be surprised how good it is (mid at best ). Having worked in a McDonaldâs that cared about quality I can say without a doubt that is not cared about at this location.its literally following directions thereâs no free handing needed or extra thought . Cook at home itâs cheaper and more care will be taken .

My family and I had a wonderful experience with Jovanny. He was very kind and polite bringing our food out to the number one parking spot we were waiting at. He was very warm and welcoming and greeted us with a smile. My gas door was slightly open, and he politely asked if it would be OK if he pressed it closed all the way for me. You have a very promising and wonderful employee with this young man. What a great experience would definitely recommend!

Have to wait for 15-30 min in a parking spot to get your meal. Ordered a Big Mac, no pickle and fries. You would think since you waited the fries would be hot but nope and there was pickles on my Big Mac. No sense going back through so i can wait another 15 min for this.

When I placed my order through the drive-thru I told the person who took my order that I wanted my food hot, since it was an order for three people. The food was cold and the nuggets were cold. When I tried them they were already fried too much on the tray. Bad service. I won't be back.
