I usually use the app so I don’t have to experience the customer service much but I can say the food quality is always a hit or miss with this location it’s like they have an ingredient shortage everytime I order from Here it’s like I can count how many onions they put in it always super dry and the meat is never cooked fresh even when I’ve specifically asked very lazy kitchen staff and the quality shows

Food here is always messed up. Made me wait in a spot for my eggs when I ordered breakfast this morning and when I got home I realized I don’t even have the rest of my food.
Every other time I’ve gone here the fries and the nuggets seem undercooked so I usually go to the Orange City location. This one was on my home from work so I figured I could tolerate it if my food was cooked weird but I won’t bother stopping again.

It is one of the few nice and modern restaurants, I live nearby and I have visited it several times, unfortunately the service is terrible, you find a super slow employee and she never, ever gives you the complete service, you have to be checking and asking for what has already been ordered because they do not serve it to you on the tray. In addition to ignoring you because she gets upset when you ask for what is missing. I am a fairly patient and kind person, where I ask politely and give time. But it is not for them to be like that with you 😕 There was an occasion when I had to get up from the table 3 times. due to lack of sugar in the coffee, lack of potatoes, and lack of cheese in the hamburger, I had ordered it with cheese. Another day my breakfast was very cold, I asked for it to be heated up, and I also had to ask for the sugar in the coffee that I had requested in addition to the multigran with raisins and the apples in the oatmeal that I had ordered... not only that, how long it took for her to serve me. And it was the same person who had served me weeks before. I haven't been there for a while. I think about it before going to eat, but when I go back to visit them, if it's the same person who serves me again, I'll look at the name.
