Never have fully cooked fries always soggy . Many times many many times order chicken nuggets an never get sauce. Absolute joke of a fast food restaurant and the people working there jave no clue or direction .

For being a restaurant off the interstate and near a high school, the service is very slow. May I recommend sending a few managers to Chic Fil A and see how their system works to move the cars in drive thru a bit faster. Clearly what this McDonald's is doing, is not working.

The reviews aren’t lying. This has to be literally the worst mcd’s in the country. You order on the app for curbside you wait 40 minutes still and your order will still be wrong. You order for drive through and same bs. Today is 9/12/25 8:15pm I put an order in at 7:58pm. A chicken sandwich ADD CHEESE and fries IN THE APP…no one is IN THE DRIVE THRU when I pull in…im waiting for 20 mins in the drive thru while other orders and cars behind me are being fulfilled and going along on their way. I have to walk into this mcds and all employees are just looking at me with no acknowledgement to WHY IM STANDING AT THE COUNTER FOR. Had to scream at one just to get their attention to find out that my order WAS NOT EVEN MADE YET! They make my order and guess what…ITS DONE WRONG AGAIN where is the CHEESE? These are the same people who want higher wages WOW.

We went through the drive thru this morning, it took 20 mins to get 2 breakfast sandwiches & hash browns… and once we finally got our order, it was wrong & missing a whole meal. Went inside to get the rest of our order & the sandwich they gave us was completely missing the egg & cheese lol this place is a joke. I also got a frappe & there were coffee grounds or something mixed in, couldn’t even drink it. GROSS!

One of the best McDonald’s locations I have ever been to. The entire staff are very friendly and amazing, and the MOD went above and beyond🙏🏽 definitely red carpet service🙏🏽. Even the bathroom was spotless and clean.

Regular customer here. Their French Vanilla Iced Coffee is always hit or miss. I always order a sausage egg biscuit sub round egg. For the past two days, I have gotten my sandwich and it is made wrong. Cheese was added. Their mistake requires me to wait in line in the drive-through to tell them my order is incorrect. After that wait, I have another waiting period for them to fix a new breakfast sandwich for me, correctly.
