I visited this McDonald’s recently and had an outstanding experience, largely because of the manager, Victoria. (JAN 9TH, @ 3:05 PM)
From the moment I ordered, she was friendly, professional, and clearly in control of the restaurant. I didn’t even realize she was the manager at first because she was so personable, hands-on, and genuinely kind. The way she interacted with both customers and staff made it obvious she takes pride in how this location is run.
What truly stood out to me was the cleanliness, especially the restroom. As a disabled customer who has to sit to use the restroom, I cannot overstate how meaningful it is to walk into a public bathroom that is actually clean. It was spotless. That alone made me feel respected and considered in a way most places simply don’t manage.
Many people don’t realize how something as simple as a clean restroom can determine whether someone like me even feels comfortable going out in public at all. Far too often, bathrooms are so unsanitary that it makes outings stressful or not worth it.
Because of the care shown here, my visit wasn’t stressful. It was welcoming. That matters more than people realize.
The rest of the restaurant was very clean, the staff worked smoothly together, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and well run. Even the Coke was better than what I’ve experienced at most McDonald’s locations lately, which was a pleasant surprise.
Victoria is truly a diamond in the rough and deserves recognition for how she runs this location. Her attention to detail, leadership, and genuine care for customers makes a real difference. Because of her, this is a McDonald’s I will gladly return to and recommend. Experiences like this don’t just create repeat customers, they make people feel seen.
Please be sure to let Victoria know that her efforts are noticed and appreciated. While I would hate to see her go if she were offered a bigger opportunity, she is absolutely store-manager material.

Oh man the slowest McDonald’s in Deltona! They will park you while they serve 10 other orders in the drive-thru. And what’s crazy is when I finally walked in to get my food it was ready and just sitting on the counter and all my food was cold so I had to wait another 10 minutes for fresh food. So basically I was at McDonald’s for 30-40 minutes just for 1 meal!

Place is so incompetent they will pull you into a spot even when no one is in line for the smallest of orders, awful customer service no matter when you go. So slow..
This location loves to close earlier than posted hours, forcing you to cancel any pick up orders. Horrendous staff
Literally the worst and slowest McDonalds ever.
I do not understand why they do a promotion and do not carry enough stuff for people to visit and purchase. After ordering I sat for 10 minutes sitting in the curbside pickup. The food is crappy the service is crappy and I won't visit here again. Did not even give us the sauces for the nuggets. Did not push drinks fully into the holder and one spilled.

It was crazy busy at 7am today but my food was hot, fresh, and the order was correct.

I ordered mobile and went in to pick up my order and when I got home, this is what I found inside my McRib package. Nobody mentioned this is the way I'd be receiving my McRib. I called to talk to them and someone named Jason answered and said someone should've told me and he offered me a refund if I came back to the store. Then he said to make sure I bring the sandwich back. I'm sorry but this is extremely subpar customer service. You guys ran out of a product and then made a mistake by not letting me know when I picked up the order inside. And then your employee actually expects me to drive back up there and bring my sandwich in order to receive a refund? I am a very regular and loyal McDonald's customer and I understand mistakes happen but expect more from you guys with this sort of situation. And then expecting me to drive back and bring my McRib in order to get my money back is ridiculous.

Waited 20 minutes for 8 things including a drink at a fast food restaurant they still managed to miss an item. Several customers were served and ordered placed before the missing item was given. A regular employee informed the others and then a manager informed. While she knew 10 more minutes was added to the already 20 minute wait no apology for the missed item or additional wait. The only thing I can commend them on is that the restaurant is clean.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast...got a big breakfast ..terrible they hid a pancake that looked old and crumbly under 2 other nasty freezer burned pancakes. I skipped the orange city Mc Donald's thinking oh its by the hospital probably really fresh. Sadly mistaken. The biscuit they gave was a brick and had been previously cut in half. I threw it out , wasted $16.00 on left overs... poor work ethic on the employees there.... never again...
