If you really want great Indian cuisine, you need to stop here and then, keep coming back! Everything I’ve tried so far is spot on and the staff (Louie, you’re the best!) are helpful, attentive and professional. There’s nothing like a great mom & pop spot. Feels like grandma’s in the kitchen and you’ve reached home. The Samosas, Chicken Manchurian, Butter chicken, Chicken Tikka masala, Lamb Vindaloo & Shrimp Mango Curry have all been scrumptious! Why are you still reading this? Just do it.

Absolutely amazing experience!
I had the Chicken Tikka Masala with Garlic Butter Naan and a Mango Lassi, and honestly, it was one of the best meals I’ve had — and that’s saying a lot because I’ve tried several Indian restaurants around Lake Mary, Sanford, Orlando, Daytona, and Deltona.

The food was incredibly fresh, full of flavor, and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the staff were very attentive and kind. You can truly feel the care they put into both the food and the service.

This place definitely stands out — highly recommended!

I went to this restaurant on a whim since it was a recommendation. There was a large table and a couple of other tables when we came in. First, observation was how kind the staff was at Mr. Chef. I observed how they were explaining the common ingredients in Indian cooking to the larger table who didn't seem as familiar with Indian food. And despite the large table, the staff was still very attentive to the other tables. We got the samosas to start and they were delightfully fresh and flaky. A nice potato and vegetable ratio without being overtly greasy. I got the Saag Paneer as I lean towards vegetarian dishes and my dish came out hot and fresh with delightfully fluffy rice. The flavor was deeply rich and great and I was also equally as impressed by the roti too. I enjoyed my experience and cant wait to go again. Plus I heard they can make some dishes vegan as well, so maybe I can bring back some family too. :) Thank you Mr. Chef!

We love this place!! Food and service are always 10/10. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. We have dined in many times and order from DoorDash often. I have had a previous issue with a DoorDash order, not at the fault of the restaurant, but they still replaced my order at no cost to me out of sheer courtesy. This is why we are regulars. Could not recommend Mr. Chef more!!

I have been to India around 10 times. And I can't believe they have a good quality restaurant like this in Deltona.
I will definitely be coming back and trying all the different menu items.
